The data base is good and support is available and responsive.

Problems from the very beginning. Order confirmation had incorrect contract dates and needed to be revised. Communication was lacking in response time. Process workflows are unclear and need more explinations. Invoice correction requested sevral times with no response. At this point I'm not sure if the change over from previous credit provider was worth it. Patience is running thin.

Creditsafe has very accurate reporting, great customer service, and the price is the best by far in contrast to its competitors.
