Had an issue with ordering because my promotional offer wasn't applying but they managed to give me a refund for the difference also my order never arrived which was very annoying but they sent me another free of charge. It sucks that my order never arrived but the fact they sent me another was great and meant I didn't need to file a charge back.

So dissapointed and will never buy crocs again.
I bought a pair of platform Crocs, wore them a handful of times, and 5 months later the plastic holding the strap broke. There is no repairing them and no wearing them as is.
When I reached out to support I got the runaround by an AI bot where I was informed Croc's refund policy had a limit of 3 months. I couldn't even ask for a exception for what was clearly a badly designed pair of shoes.
If Crocs only guarantees their products for 3 months then they are not worth the $100 price tag.

The worst experience ive ever had...shipping took absoluely forever had to refund the dont refund entire purchase yet they say shipping is free...never ever again thee worst..thee absolute worst

I needed to make a return and the only option they gave me is UPS which I dont have anywhere close to my house. Pretty frustrating when the order was originally sent to me via Canada Post.

I emailed them to ask why a promotion on their site wasn’t applying and sent photos and proof showing the issue, but then they completely stopped responding. I followed up and asked if they could please get back to me because another sale was about to end, and I wouldn’t be able to place my order until they responded. I still haven’t heard anything.

It’s honestly getting ridiculous. Every time I contact them about an issue with their promotions, they never respond as soon as I send photos showing the issue. This is now the third time they’ve lost my business because of it. I would have placed an order, but I can’t when they won’t even respond to their customers.

Ordered 4 sets of crocs, 2 for me and 2 for my wife and I must have pressed the men's size 6 for my wife and not the W6, let me say the return was very easy, and fast , dropped them off at UPS and 3 days later the correct size that I should have ordered was delivered... Crocs.ca fantastic service 👏 well done, keep up the great service

Worst customer service EVER! Purchased slides for vacation. They didn't even come out of the package and were packed in the suitcase to be worn there. Taken out of the package on vacation and worn for LITERALLY 1/2 Hour and the whole side split open. Crocs won't do anything because it's just outside their 90 day window! Best they would do was give me a coupon for next purchase? Seriously? Like I'm going to buy anything again from you!!!

Worst customer service experience ever. Have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund for an order that was shipped back and received by them. Despite being told it would be processed within 7 days. Absolutely terrible.

1 got 2 Crocs slippers in the sale and 2 of them have broken at the toe and cannot be repaired. Customer service is not helpful 😒

This company is so horrible on Monday May 11th the Echo Mary Jane’s were $69.99, on Tuesday May 12th when I purchased the crocs it was $94.99 and now today May 13th the price is $74.99. I’m so upset. I called crocs Customer Service today to ask what can be done bcuz this is so unfair! She told me to purchase the shoes again and return the ones that are on the way. Smh the problem with that is the Echo Mary Jane’s are sold out now everywhere. This is such a scheme! So deceiving! I won’t buy another crocs ever again I’m boycotting this store! You guys should be ashamed of yourself! This reminds me of car insurance you guys are scammers just like them!

Payed for two (business) day shipping. Order didn’t arrive at expected time, so I call them, turns out it got lost in shipping. So they refunded my express shipping cost, thankfully, but then the next date they can ship it so me is nearly 3 weeks out. Upsetting they didn’t offer to cover the express shipping I had originally payed for considering I was the one who alerted them my package was missing.

Je rappelle Cross et finalement une gentille Latina me dit Comme acheter en ligne pas moyen d échanger avec leur partenaire ni meme le magasin CROSS à Brossard. 30 jours pour le remboursement en ligne sans les frais d expédition. Gang d’incapable, Service à la clientèle affreux . Même SHEIN se démarque. Never again

I can not believe what I am reading in the other comments - it is my experience exactly. This company is a scam. Do not order on line. My order was shipped, then I got an email about a cancellation that I apparently initiated, which I did not. Then I called their service agent to find out wth was going on. They could not explain it, but did say that the parcel was lost in transit. That should have been my sign to get my refund and run. But instead I allowed them to place the order again and guess what - that parcel was lost too. When I called again, I demanded my refund immediately - they said a refund would take between 3-5 business days. I'm still waiting. Horrible, just horrible.

They shipped wrong sizes, returned them, had to buy them again for more money, no customer service response via phone, email, or live chat, the order I paid for is sitting there, for a month, customer service line never answers, waiting forever, brutal customer service, just a mass production of shoes with no one to help and garbage shipping

tried to order two pairs of realtree camo crocs from crocs.ca, called customer service, nothing sent. called back, sent out.. waited.. got it! wait.. only 1 pair of crocs and its the wrong size... called back. oh they hung up on me. called back again.. I would give crocs a 0 star but i am forced to give a 1 star..

Ordine effettuato in data 29 ottobre, per un regalo. Qualche giorno dopo ho ricevuto notifica del corriere BRT che riferiva che l’indirizzo risultava incompleto, nonostante nella registrazione sul sito fosse corretto.
Può succedere, sarà stato un errore nella creazione dell’etichetta, perciò contatto l’assistenza clienti, per informare dell’accaduto.
Mi viene risposto che l’ordine è in consegna. Ovviamente penso che il problema sia stato risolto, quindi lascio passare qualche giorno.
Non ricevendo nulla, ricontatto l’assistenza, che mi riferisce che il corriere ha ‘effettuato doversi tentativi di consegna’, ma non sono mai stata reperibile.
In realtà l’indirizzo di consegna è quello dove lavoro, mi trovo lì dalle 8 alle 20, sempre reperibile.
Dunque presumo che il problema con BRT non sia mai stato risolto, e che sia stata presa in giro. Mi dicono anche di aver effettuato un rimborso, cosa di cui non sono mai stata avvisata.
Se l’errore fosse stato ammesso, avrei anche rieffettuato l’ordine, ma ovviamente me ne guardo bene. Delusissima.

Ordered a pair of Friday the 13th clogs on Oct.2, shipping label printed on Oct.3. Freight forwarder never picked up. Customer service gave the run around. Parcel deemed lost and will resend JIBBITZ ordered without clogs I ordered JIBBITZ for! First order/pair/interaction with Crocs. Requesting full refund, will never purchase/own a pair of Crocs in my life. Customer service agent K. Kusuma is a bot. All empathy, no customer service. Chargeback initiated.

I wanted to order crocs for my daughter and I couldn’t even put them in my cart I called customer service and they were so rude and saying it was my fault when I tried multiple times and I had my husband and kids try this is disappointing 🖕🏻 Very disappointed 😒

Total scam, they cancel your order for no reason when you got a good deal during their sales! Customer services just bull sh*tting around. Almost like they cannot afford any promotion, but try to scam around for their number of sales.

I don't know why they have customer service. Orders can not be changed or cancelled mere seconds after placement. They use malicious tactics and never refund in a timely matter. Don't buy ONLINE!
