Ive ordered many things from crooks very recently, and i still will continue to. The quality of the clothes is unbeatable especially at the price. A recent thing i ordered was the V1 joggers and v1 jeans, and considering their v1 you wouldnt know it as the quality is still there. The customer service is brilliant and both owners are so interactive with their customers. Delivery was onpoint, came in 2 days

Mason, I'm sorry. Three months without your order or a reply isn't acceptable, and nor is how long this reply took. I can't match this review to an order from the name alone, so please email your order number to team@crooksldn.com and I'll check it myself and tell you exactly where it stands. — George, CROOKSLDN
If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. Placed a pre order in May due for delivery mid June. Not received and customers service on email and social pages just ignore you. A scam.
Don’t order from them!!

Tors, a pre-order due mid-June that hasn't turned up, with no answer to your emails or DMs, is on us. Sorry. If it's still outstanding, send your order number to team@crooksldn.com and I'll look at it personally and come back to you with a straight answer on where it is and what happens next. — George, CROOKSLDN

Ebru, sorry. You were told about two weeks, it was six, and all you got in between was an automated reply. That's not good enough. If anything on this order is still open, email your order number to team@crooksldn.com and I'll deal with it myself. — George, CROOKSLDN

Nice Clothes, Bad Delivery
The clothers are really nice quality but i ordered on 14th of Feb and it arrived on the 14th of march, so three months delivery time. They did not answer their email for a good amount of time as well. If you want streetwear, id go with a different brand until they fix their delivery schedules...

Thanks Ike, glad the quality landed. The wait and the slow email replies aren't what anyone should sit through, and I take the point. In-stock orders placed before 6pm (Mon–Sat) ship the same day, with tracking emailed when they leave. Hope we get another go. — George, CROOKSLDN
