The difference in quality that they say they provide isn’t there at all. Better off going elsewhere for cheaper and no difference in quality.

This is second crown kitchen I have had, first one a few bits of wear and tear, this one is terrible. Installed 4 years ago and soon started to peel.Tried to patch up with their paint but it doesn’t match, kitchen looks horrendous. All adults in the house so no reason for the chips and paint peeling. All above dishwasher and sink all chipped. Paid £30000 for heap of rubbish. Going to have it professionally repainted. My niece has similar kitchen from different supplier at the same time and has no chips, and three young children

Like so many others on here really poor quality. Laminate peeling off multiple units after a few years. Now nearly 10 years in and lost count of how many times I’ve had to try a glue back on. Waste of money and got response from Crown when I contacted them about the issue. Been over 2 months now and no response.

Do not buy a Crown-Imperial Kitchen. I agree with the majority of reviews here on Trustpilot. Poor quality, edging is now peeling off at an alarming rate. We spent approx £25k on our kitchen just over 10 years ago. I've glued approx 50 corners and edges back on but I cannot keep up with the rate at which they're now coming off. Interestingly, our kitchen island units are in a different colour, none of these edges have peeled off and remain in good condition, therefore, it seems that all the others were from a particular batch of poorly assembled doors, drawers and panels. I'm certain it's pointless contacting their customer service and won't waste my time.
My advice do not buy a Crown Imperial kitchen.

Awful experience. I’ve paid well over what this kitchen is worth. I could’ve got a kitchen less than a quarter of the price for a better quality finish. It comes with a protective film, this was an absolute nightmare to remove, leaving a sticky residue, that will not come off. We have tried everything. We resorted in contacting Crown, after many emails before they got back to us, they said use mr muscle?? So I did with no joy, they then said use cif!! Bering in mind these products shouldn’t be used as they can damage the finish of the cupboards. Surely this is Crowns responsibility?? But like others have said there’s no customer service whatsoever. They don’t care, they just take your money. I’m now left with imperfections all over my new expensive kitchen. This has been an on going problem since October 2024 and I’ve still got patches all over the cupboards. I wish I had gone somewhere else like wren, howdens even B&Q!!! The proof is in the pudding regarding customer service, they don’t even reply to these reviews!! They don’t deserve to be in business.

We have had a Crown Imperial fitted kitchen for almost 30 years. The quality is excellent. Now we are having to change our kitchen. Are Crown still good?

I ordered from this company, during the process the customer service was awful so I cancelled this order now they hounding me for the money I have not received any products. They are calling this a 'special order' but this was stated on the quote anywhere. Terrible customer service and company!

We had our kitchen from Crown nearly 10 years ago, and it's fantastic. Everything looks brand new still. I think a lot of negativity is down to fitters not sealing cuts etc.
Customer service at the time was also great, a few of the doors had warped before we could fit them and they sent out new ones

In a similar breathe to the below reviews, after a few years the paint has blistered and peeled on edges leaving brown marks and the general discolouration is appealing for what was an expensive kitchen. Do not use, do not be fooled by the flashy showroom, its poor quality and even worse customer service when their products are at fault. Offered only to repurchase at cost.. I’m pretty sure I’d never spend another penny with Crown.

Our kitchen is eight years old now and it’s showing the poor quality of the build, laminate is starting to come away from the units, I am busy trying to glue it back in place but it’s never ending now. I wouldn’t mind but was not exactly cheap when purchased. Our old kitchen units lasted for 20 years. It’s all very well having a fancy showroom and then providing poor quality units.

We have just had a Crown Imperialkitchen installed and are shocked at the poor quality. Locking cambs are visible and no covers are provided. The quality of the joinery is poor and the inner shelves are only finnished on the front edge - even IKEA finish all sides. Cheap and nasty!!

How are these people still in business? Terrible experience at every part of the customer journey. Do not use them!
It’s taken over 9 months to get all the pieces I ordered (and had to pay extra for missing pieces). The customer service is non-existent and the product is poor quality.

I selected Crown Imperial as the supplier for my kitchen units and saved a long long time for the kitchen of my dreams that I thought would last me years in my home, it looked good for the first few and then the edging trim started to peel off on all the units. I contacted Crown Imperial who admitted there was a manufacturing defect but as I was out of their 'warranty' they would do nothing about it except offer me replacement units at cost price which I absolutely cannot afford and I would have to have granite worktops etc removed and pay new fitters to do a full removal & installation - I would avoid this company at all costs and definitely would not recommend their kitchens, however good they look in the Daventry showroom. Today I have had to glue yet another edge that's peeled away.

We bought white gloss kitchen units from Crown Imperial. Looked great at the start. After 3 or 4 years the edges of drawers etc started to get brown mottled marks. I phoned Crown, who were not interested outside the one year guarantee. Edges continued to deteriorate. They’re a complete mess now. Also, many surfaces are now shades of cream, not white. Do not buy.

1 i had to wait for over month before it was delivered
2 3 boxes never had any fittings in
3 some boxes had parts missing or were wrong
4 never supplied bolts for brackets for hanging rail
5 If you order draws for wardrobe 141mm high the sides and back are 80mm half the size i can not see the logic in have the sides and back at 80mm, items will fall out thats why you want a deeper draw. If you buy a chest of draws you do not expect the sides and back to be half the size. There is no information about the in the bumf about the size of draws when i asked my supplier about it i was told tough thats the way they are made

i think this company are a rip off. not impressed at all
