Natalie Knight was brilliant. She resolved our query professionally and quickly by giving me a call to explain the misunderstanding and resolve the matter. So refreshing to speak to someone with excellent customer service skills.

Didn't contact me until 6 weeks in and then charging me extortionate rates. Don't reply to emails when asked about charges and lost more than £1000 now. Waste of money and time. Now sending threats of debt collection -- would avoid

I had an account problem where a recent payment I made was not recognised. I called the billing team and Mohammed Sajid handled the problem in minutes.
