First time visiting Crystal Clear Ear Clinic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Stephanie was friendly, patient, and took the time to talk through everything with me before carrying out the procedure. I never felt rushed, and her professional approach immediately put me at ease.
The procedure itself was highly effective, and I noticed a significant improvement in both ears straight away. Stephanie also provided clear, helpful advice on ongoing ear care, which I greatly appreciated.

My husband had a 100% wax blockage in one ear and a 50% blockage in the other. What a transformation after treatment. He was treated with utmost respect, kindness and professionalism. He was also given good maintenance advice. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Ear Clinic.
