This was my 2nd visit and on both occasions Rebecca has provided an excellent service. Rebecca is very professional, puts you at ease and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Both ears were cleared quickly and with minimal fuss.

Visited by Rebecca at Dads house on 28/1/26. Dad has dementia and his communication and understanding had taken a step down since before Christmas. A visit to his local Doctor advised Crystal Clear intervention. Rebecca was lovely, professional and had a very good awareness of Dads condition. To say I was overwhelmed by the results is an understatement. On completion of the process Dad was having a three way conversation and could hear perfectly. So so grateful.
