Easy, quick and sufficient rentals. Will definitely rent from CSi again in the future.

I needed to make a last-minute reservation, submitted the order online (which was a very easy process), and picked it up 15 minutes later. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly.

They're incredibly affordable, offer an extensive stock of equipment, and always have great customer service. I've rented from them several times now, and I have never been disappointed.

I've rented several items from their Brooklyn location and every time it's been a good experience. They are super helpful and patient with my dumb questions.

They answered any questions I had promptly and accurately. Facilitated a really pleasant and easy rental experience.

I picked up equip for a pro shoot in mid Friday. We do not shoot over the weekend. We were charged a full day upon pickup along with serval items we decided to go with lighter options.

On rerun the next business day we returned approximately the and time we picked up and were charged two more full days. They are so disorganized there that they didn't realize they had changed me a full day on pick up and the. Double charged me bc the equip was late. I conplained bc usually with pro rentals you can drop off around the same time you pick up the next busies day. We used the equipment t on Fri only for a few hours. They forgot to give us a pin that screwed the boom together so the entire boom fell over twice and shattered a lense which was mine and cost me over 459 to fix. All bc the second pin wasn't included in the boom kit.

So I was charged 3 days rental, I showed them the charges and they justified the double charge bc I returned past 10 am. I told them on a pro rental when you pick up at 3pm you can usually return late the next business day. Nope I got charged 2 days upon return. They Neber addressees why I was also charged another day on pickup and why none of these amounts matched. I have written over 10 times with one response and nothing done about it. This was 6 months ago. It's insane to have to pull my credit card statement show 3 days of charges for a day rental and not get a credit back. I do t plan on renting from them again.

When I got there, I had made a mistake on the day I was to pick up. However, they were patient and helped me to find a lens that would suit my needs since the one i reserved was not on hand.

I picked up the camera I had reserved and when I went to set it up on my shoot, found that the card that it came with was not recognized by the camera and no matter what I did, the camera would not use it to record. I ended up using my own sd card, and when I looked at what I had recorded and absolutely no sound had been recorded--thankfully I had recorded audio separately, but was hoping for some kind of back up.

Its quite frankly unacceptable to receive a camera that is not ready to go and requires so much attention prior to shooting.

These guys are great! Prompt, easy, good pricing. I will continue to use them

I have rented small packages from CSI for the past two years and most often things go very well but the last time I rented a camera I received three uncharged batteries in my kit. My camera also kept turning off. Granted, this is very rare and I rented the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera which is known for bad battery power. They did give me 50% off for the issue with the camera. I will continue using them -- they are very accessible and their courteous staff make working with them easy!

I rented a AC monitor but it didnot work... one of my team member had same experience.. he said usually their monitors never work.
Not sure if some one has informed you guys or not but you guys should at least make sure you give aways working equipments..

when we rent, we can't carry the big cameras with us and after renting if we are shooting we wont have time to go back and return.

I have nothing bad to say about my experiences with CSI. Several years ago, someone made an exception about needing a credit card to rent a piece of gear when I was just starting out and couldn't qualify for one. Ever since then, CSI's been my go to spot for anything I need.

CSI rentals never have white gaffers, I always order the white and end up with the black, and no one says a word or takes it off the bill.
But The customer service is great. The people are very knowledgeable, and have my equipment delivered on time even with short notice.

CSI is my go-to rental place. They have great prices, excellent policies, super customer service, and quality products. I'm a huge fan.

I liked the fact that someone ran out side to help me pull a big light out of my car and return it.
Thanks for doing the little extra things like loaning out hand carts.
