Spent wonderful week in French Alps. CSI rental was superb: beautiful apartment at the side of the ski slopes. Good price. CSI also provided services for ski rental and skipasses.
The staff was extremely helpful and got us out of trouble when we arrived very late and had misunderstood the key service.

The woman who helped us with the rental was very accommodating and cool

I did not pick up the rental because my bus was late and I was not able to make it on time. Leaving this review because I keep getting emails to do so.

Great place though!

Customer service contacted me after I "successfully" finished my rental online to tell me the item was not available and to ask me if I was interested in another camera.

I've rented equiptment several times, easy to view and reserve online, my cameras, lenses, etc have always been ready and prepared when I came to pick up. Staff is always helpful.

I like everything about CSI but my god, the paper waste! 3 pages every time I rent something, and the person working the desk told me they save everything for the last 5 years. What an unnecessary amount of environmental damage.

Gear was in very poor condition, which made using it correctly very difficult.

The people at CSI are very well trusted and helpful. They make the rental experience easy and efficient both online and face to face interactions.

They gotta do better.
I reserved the Nikon wedding kit and was told that the 70-200 was not available. So I had to settle for a 80-200 with no VR. $20 less. They gave $15. Ok. Now I arrive to pick up my kit and the 80-200 is not at the location. Now I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to transfer the lens from the Manhattan location to Brooklyn with no compensation. I want to like these guys so I hope they would do better to satisfy their customers a little better.

Always helpful. They have good deals on holidays. CSI is great perhaps a little more smiles from the staff would be nice, but I get it it could be busy at times. Happy customer Here! 😊

When customer drops off equipment. You should check equipment with customer before he leaves. Or at least provide customer with a receipt when he or she drops off.This avoids any type of confusion or mistakes. I was contacted and told that some equipment was missing. Later on rental house found the equipment in their facility.

Not much to say other than I had a great experience renting from here. Reasonable prices too.

I ran into a last minute problem and needed to rent lights for a portrait to use ASAP. CSI worked with me and got a set of lights into my hands within a half hour of my initial order. Surely saved the day. My new go to in NYC!
