I had a very simple rental, but doing the simple things right isn't always easy to find. CSi was great.

My delivery and pick up came in good time and when I had a problem during a shoot they were very helpful trouble shooting with me over the phone.

CSI is always a place to go for most of photo equipment. Their customer service is great and I've never had any issues with any of their orders. If equipment is delivered they always come on time if not early, and all the equipment always works 100%. Definitely one of my favorite places to order equipment from:)

I arrived at the CSI Rentals location in Brooklyn to pick up a Lens. Less the 5 minutes later, I had my rental and was ready to go.

I cannot enough stress to go to CSI for all production rental needs. They are far more helpful, friendly, and accommodating than even Adorama or B&H. Their prices are great, and they have a great selection, as well as understanding staff. Tell them Third Wheel sent you. We love them!!!!

Very nice and helpful! Lenient about rental times and professionals were more than willing to help me with my camera questions. I will definitely go back!

Phone help was excellent. I get to the store and the moment the elder guy staff got involved everything went left. He cursed at me, refused my order and chased me from the store. Proceeding to follow me down the street. I've missed my shoot for the night and will never rent from nor recommend this place to anyone !

Our production company requires a constant turn around of high level equipment in a pinch. CSI has always been great with accommodating our production needs with that personal touch you don't usually get with most NYC rental houses. Their expertise is unmatched and you can always count on someone to help you find the best tool for the job.

The website can be confusing for first time/ infrequent users however I always can get someone to help me either over the phone or by email. Therefore customer service makes up for the confusing/ poor layout of the website (and store for that matter too).

I had to cancel an order which included a delivery/pickup fee. The auto-generated cancellation email included the rental charge, but not the delivery fee. Minutes later, before I could finish an email to ask about the remainder, CSi called to let me know that the full refund was going back on my card & asking if everything was ok. I will definitely be renting from CSi for my next NYC shoot.

The rental process was very smooth. The equipment preformed as expected. All in good order. The only hitch was that CSI Rentals is far from my site.

Gear wasn't available after online booking, but was promptly notified via phone call.

They have a ton of gear, and they're a pleasure to deal with. On the few occasions when we've had a super last minute gig they always get us what we need or upgrade if anything is unavailable. They make sure we have the tools for the job every time.

I placed my order online, picked up and dropped off. In and out, effortlessly.
