We recently bought a beside me mattress on next day delivery that went missing and wasn’t delivered. I contacted Cuddle Co by email to enquire but didn’t hear back so used their live chat function which was brilliant. A customer service team member reordered it for us straight away and arranged a refund for the delivery cost. I would definitely use Cuddle Co again based on my experience,
but probably go straight to using the live chat function for any issues rather than email as this was much more prompt.

Don't waste your time or money
First of all our order was put in with an expected delivery of may 24. That got pushed back to June 27th then we wasn't even told till we contacted them that they wasn't delivering part of our order which meant we had to have our disabled child sleep in bed and not her crib. Then was told is wasn't expected to be delivered until 4ths July. Which to top it off they sent it to the billing address and not the confirmed delivery address which meant me travelling 20 mile round trip 3 times to collect 6 boxes of bedroom furniture. I don't blame the courier company I blame these cowboys for getting almost EVERYTHING wrong with no apology.

Ordered item the money came out account immediately but after a week when item should have arrived, the item was still not even dispatched. Had to get order cancelled and order elsewhere. If I didn’t check on an update for the order would have just been sat in bimbo as was no updates at all since the order confirmation.

Really great mattress
Really great mattress - thick and firm but soft. It feels like excellent quality. I’m really happy with it. I have washed the covers already and they went back on fine.

Poor quality and damaged pieces
Disappointing that you can spend £££ on products that are poor quality and arrive damaged. We ordered a 3 piece set and had 2 faulty legs on the wardrobe that both arrived with cracks in. We had a chunk of wood missing out of one of the planks on the base of the cot. Both of these issues could be deemed dangerous if used so shouldn’t have been sent out.
The quality of the materials used overall are poor for the money spent and I don’t have hope in them lasting.
There was also an unknown substance on most of our polystyrene which marked our carpet and burnt through a sock that stood on a piece of it! Upon advising cuddleco of this and sending multiple pictures of the polystyrene that had big black marks all over and pictures of the carpet, they refused to look into it because we had not kept onto any of it to send back to them. Unfortunately, we aren’t hoarders and giving there’s a baby arriving imminently, we suffered for choosing not to hold onto excess rubbish!
Final point, their instruction manuals are not clear at all. There’s so many parts to the wardrobe that really they should add part numbers to the parts by way of a sticky label or something so it’s clear as most of the battle was the time spent working out if we were using the right piece

Would not recommend sending something back I had to pay a total of 8 pound just to send something back which I dont think is fair especially for a company so big

Great Product and Customer Service
Ordered a furniture set during Black Friday sale. It was great value, easy to put together and of good quality. It was delivered to the room of choice which meant not having to drag it upstairs myself! A few months after purchasing, when the baby was close, we started to fill the drawers a found a piece of the drawer had broken during assembly (the metal support under the drawer had split the screw hole in the back piece of the drawer). I got in contact with Cuddle & Co and the customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond, sympathetic to the situation and arranged a replacement part to be sent quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Cuddle & Co.

Customer service of this company is very good! Unfortunately my matress was too small for my cotbed but I went onto the chat and had it all sorted to be collected the next day, absolutely no hassle. The mattress felt very good quality it’s a shame it was to small for my cotbed.

Customer service was great with cuddle and co, very responsive and helpful however it took over 3 weeks for our cot to be delivered using DHL.
One of the items also arrived partly damaged so returned.

A very nice cot however one of the wooden end pieces arrived with a visible split. I have requested a replacement part from CuddleCo but have not received a reply yet. The cot needs airing for a few days before use as it has a strong smell of paint when unpacked
