Absolutely loved our stay at glingerbank, the owner Richard was very pleasant and welcoming and it met all our needs and more.

Lovely cosy apartment in Keswick. Had everything we needed. Lovely views of the mountains and a thoughtful welcome basket on arrival. Set in a peaceful quiet environment just 5 minutes drive to the town.

Beautiful place in a tranquil and scenic setting. Everything about the place is first class. Second time we’ve stayed in one of the cottages and we will certainly be back.

Lovely stay in the wonderful cottage overlooking the Tarn . My wife who was born in Carlisle have been visiting the Tarn for nearly 50 years and remember the complex being a hotel. No criticisms at all we will stay again in the future and the views with the Tarn view are wonderful

A fabulously appointed house where everything has been thought of to make your stay perfect. Barbara was lovely and very helpful with ideas of where to eat. We will be back in the future.

What went wrong excuse me I think you should know. The dishwasher was full of someone else’s food. The cooker didn’t work very well. Could not get to grips with the microwave. The bathroom had no switch, so at night it was dark. The skirting in the bathroom had gone rotten in one place. The double bed I found I’d been sleeping on a mattress protector and the duvet cover was screwed up and all in all was not presentable. In the end had to sleep in single beds. By the way there was no pull cord in bathroom.

The holiday cottage was in a great position in the heart of keswick it had all I needed for a great 2 week holiday washer dryer was a godsend for people who are on a longer stay instructions from holiday company including entry to flat very good .I would recommend cottage to poeple

We were very impressed with your standard of communication, from the moment we booked. We were also 'taken aback' at how lovely the cottage was and it's beautiful setting, at such a reasonable rate.

Responsive to emails even on bank holiday and helped solve problems. Property beautifully clean and presented. Problems were to do with a road closure so not their issue.

A couple of tiny things that I reported (and were dealt with :-), but all in all such a great location and place to stay. Easy company to deal with, super easy check-in. A beautiful and well equipped house inside, and breathtaking views outside.

The cottage was in a lovely part of the lakes .it was old but had a relaxed atmosphere.the weather was a bonus .quite a way from the village.a welcome pack would of been nice . something we have had in the past.especially with it's 1 mile walk to the village ..apart from that.certainly would come again.

Used for the first time recently. Accurate description of property and facilities, the booking process was easy and we also received follow up informative emails. We had an issue with the coffee machine during our stay and a replacement was arranged for the following day. We would definitely use this company again,

Excellent,well designed cottage. Everything you could want including a hot tub and sauna. There was also a games room which thw younger members of our group occupied. The dogs enjoyed the expansive grounds.

This is a fabulous property in an excellent location on Ullswater, a short walk to Pooley Bridge. The boathouse is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend and will probably return!
