Beautiful fossil and great experience.
After reading reviews I was slightly worried about delivery as I needed the order within 2 weeks. I placed a question form and Julie was really helpful checking they had what I wanted to order in stock and answering any questions. My order arrived well with I time and the fossil its self was really great quality! Highly recommend.

I got one of the butterfly frames for my older sisters birthday, it arrived and was beautiful, I thought about keeping it for myself haha. She was so happy when she received this gift and she mentions it every time I see her. I highly recommend

I ordered a set of Belemnite book ends which are gorgeous, really well done. They came very well packaged - thought it was pass the parcel! I also found ordering direct from their website to be cheaper than using a third party like NOTHS! Can't wait for my next piece.

I'm actually surprised they have any good reviews! My experience was identical to other people's one star reviews.
I ordered a fossil in November, but no item was delivered within a week, so I emailed asking for an eta. I just got told it's being handcrafted and will be sent the following week. There is zero mention on their website that there is a waiting time before your item is ready to be sent and no mention that the photos on the website are stock photos, so you obviously receive a different looking fossil.
I left it for three more weeks and heard nothing. By now it had been a whole month. So I emailed again only this time no reply from Curated Fossils.
I emailed again, and again no reply so I simply went to PayPal and opened a dispute case.
Within hours of opening the case the item was sent and within 20 minutes I had an email from the owner saying the item will be immediately dispatched..?
So it seems they had the item in stock afterall!
I emailed and told them not send it because after they didn't bother replying to me the week before I took my business elsewhere and no longer needed it...but they sent it anyway, despite them being told not to.
They did email and say if I did still want to return it I needed to open it and put a label inside before returning it so they would know who it was from?!?! Sounds a bit dodgy to me because how many of these fossils do they get returned every day and also there will be their own shipping slip inside!? Not only that but the box will have my address on it lol!! They also requested I not send the parcel back immediately as they will not be in the office for a week due to the Xmas period which was very inconsiderate and rude of them as I told them not to send it due to their dreadfully slow service and terrible communication, and the fact that this was a Xmas present and the date was now December 12th so I had no idea if it was going to arrive in time and they weren't responding to tell me otherwise.
Definitely seemed suspicious to me and when it arrived I just rejected it.
I got a refund from PayPal within days but heard nothing from the company, no apology for their poor service, terrible communication, obvious lying given the item was sent within hours of complaining to PayPal but yet they had ignored me for over a week.
Very suspicious behaviour for sure.

Great wee shop with special items and sent their items very quickly, confirmed the choice, nice and easy transaction!

Great website - it is very easy to browse and find the item I wanted. Quick shipping time too and amazing customer service. I have ordered 4 times from Curated without any issue and look forward to my 5th order :)

I would advise to order with enough time for delivery.
As I have experienced a long waiting time but I didn't take in to account the hand painting done of the pictures and the time it takes to put these beautifully together. BUT it's worth the wait.

I can't praise Curated Studio enough; they make up 75% of both my home & piercing studio aesthetics. The quality is unmeasurable, and their customer service is even sweeter! Really a joy every time I receive something from here, highly recommend time and time again!

This is an excellent company to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough! There was a problem with the order (My mistake, nothing to do with the company) where the address wasn't correct. I reached out the the company and they could not have been more helpful, they are prompt, engaged and resolve the issue (again, not of their making, it was my mistake) completely without fuss or problem. I would have not problem ordering from them again. If you have any hesitation about ordering from them, just go for it and enjoy a decent company and a high quality product. Again, I cannot recommend then enough!

I have 6 frames and another on the way, each of them are stunning and look awesome, Royal Mail made an error and through no fault of their own curated made another for me trouble free. The only shame is I don’t have enough wall space because I would have the lot!

I bought for 3rd time and i am very happy with all my orders!You need be patient with the delivery though,because these items are hard find and need delicate work i guess!!

Fantastic butterfly bell jar. Great customer service from Josh, he made my Daughters Christmas. What a great little company, definatly recommend
