I’ve just started my curated studio collection & im delighted !! Very good communication & advice as I wasn’t sure on my selection. Very well packaged & speedy delivery. Well done to the team I will definitely be back for more. The frame is really sturdy and far better quality than other similar frames I have currently. Highly recommend x

Item not sent
I placed an order with this company at the beginning of December, full payment was taken from my account however it has not been dispatched. I’ve contacted them to chase my order and they assured me it would be dispatched the following week of 15th December, since then I’ve heard nothing and they are not responding to my emails.
Update: My order was finally delivered mid January which we are pleased with, so I’ve updated to a 3 star to reflect good product but poor communication and very delayed delivery.

Slow order processing, poor communication, not arriving in time.
Ordered 3 items on the morning of the 6th of December. Chased for an ETA around a week later, expressing concern that the items wouldn't arrive for Christmas. I was told that my order would be despatched early on the week commencing the 18th of December. On Wednesday the 20th I chased again. No reply. On Friday the 22nd contacted them on Facebook. No reply. So the items I purchased for Christmas on the 6th, that I was assured would arrive In time aren't coming in time. Awful service, awful communication and they're removing questions about shipping and orders from their Facebook posts.
Don't order.
Edit: I'm pretty sure they also operate under the website "thebugclub" which also has horrible reviews.

AVOID
AVOID - SCAM: This company took my money for a c.£200 order weeks ago and it has not arrived despite repeated assurances it’s “in the post”. They have not provided any tracking number, there’s no phone number to call, and they’re no longer replying to my messages. This has ruined Christmas, do not shop here.
