Purchased a personalized tumbler for my wife and was very pleased with the design and look. There was a slight issue with the lid however the issue was resolved very quickly. I received updates and information throughout the process. This review was submitted by Bill, Linda’s Husband.
One star because I can’t give less! I ordered a gift for my wife over a month ago. Still sitting in China. No help from there customer service. Don’t waste your money on this company!

I ordered in Aug and never got my item! I contacted them and they questioned if I had order from them, I send the screenshot shop of the e-mail I had received from the company! After that I received another e-mail confirming that my order was in process! Now had another e-mail stating that it was would be sent! To this date I have not received anything! Am not only upset that my credit card has been charged but I have yet to see my item and it has taken this long to get it! Will never again buy from this company!

Very disappointed with the delivery service. I paid an additional fee specifically to have my order delivered today, but unfortunately, it did not arrive as promised. If a company charges customers extra for guaranteed or expedited delivery, they should honor that commitment. I paid more because I needed the order today, and I expect either an explanation or a refund of the additional delivery fee. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Vendors response to my delayed shipment has made me feel that I am a valued customer. The shipment was lost during carrier logistics and not the fault of original manufacturer and she (Charlotte) has stepped up to still provide the great services to me as a customer to help resolve issue. I ordered a custom name gift for my niece and sister, however, I failed to change the name in the second product.
Jamie took time to research my orders and confirmed my error.
