Our sign from Custom Neon turned out better than we imagined. The medium size is perfect for our wedding. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The sign will definitely be in our game room post wedding.

Hi Kelcie. Thank you for taking the time to share this amazing review! The team at Custom Neon® are so excited to hear that you love your LED neon sign. Please let us know what we can do for you in the future!
Exceeded expectation
Easy to order on the website, I was able to choose a design available. The delivery estimate was clear, and I didn't expect to receive my custom neon piece in time for an event. However, it arrived on the day, and was hung behind our DJ in the evening. The neon roller skate is now hung in our roller skate shop in Leeds and looks fantastic.

Thanks for the great review, Matt!
Appreciated gift
The neon arrived in good time was very well packaged and presented & it works perfectly too.
My only concern was that I specifically chose a company uk based (so I thought) only to discover it was manufactured and sent from China, which was a shame as I was trying to be more environmentally conscious in my purchase.
It was a gift and the owner really loves it.
Thank you

Hi Kristy.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Custom Neon® is a global company with design teams in the UK, USA, Australia and manufacturing facilities in USA, Australia and China. Where your sign is manufactured depends on the specifications and time sensitivity of your order. Rest assured, we are committed to the future of the environment, and have numerous ways that we take action as a climate positive workforce. Some of these ways include that our workflow is completely paperless and our boxes are fully recyclable. Additionally, we are partnered with Ecologi, which means for every sign sold there is a tree planted. So far 15,000+ trees have been planted on behalf of Custom Neon and our awesome customers. You helped us plant another tree and we hope knowing this allows you to feel as though your purchase was more environmentally conscious. We are so happy to hear that the person that received this sign as a gift loves it.
Great Service and Product!
They were pretty communicative as the order processed, which I appreciated because it take so much time to create and then ship. The final product is gorgeous--exactly what my husband wanted. The light is bright and vivid, and it just looks amazing in my husband's gaming area. It's so well-made and sturdy. I will be coming back to Custom Neon for other signs.
