J ai commandé un neon sur mesure. Le resultat est exactement ce que j attendais, donc parfait. Recu dans le temps annoncé. Effet genial pour eclairer une descente d escalier avant d arriver dans notre Bar. Au bout d un an, nous avons eu une panne. Nous les avons contacter et reponse immediate, après envoi de quelques photos, ils nous ont envoye une piece a changer pour tester , arrivee très rapidement et ca remarche. Donc, très bon service après vente. Je tenais a l ecrire, car très satisfaite.

I made a mistake when ordering and didn’t include the stand for the sign,I emailed and someone got back to me straight away and sent one out that arrived the next day.The sign itself is exactly what I ordered and I’m delighted with it and the customer service is second to none

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered 2 signs after happily using another company for our many commercial spaces. One arrived with two major kinks in the strips you cant unsee. The other. THE OTHER came in TWO PIECES. did I order a sign snapped in half? No, they sent it like that. Apparently I approved it, dear reader, I did not. They argue it’s on the website that if you ordered a sign over 125cm it will be in two halves. And they’re not wrong it does say this IN THE TINIEST OF TINY LIGHT GREY WRITING ON A WHITE BACKGROUND, it’s not mentioned in any booking confirmation or proof. When I called to complain about my useless sign the said it was due to logistics and transportation restrictions. That’s just a lie. I told them their carrier was perfectly capable in transporting it as I’ve ordered this exact sign or higher 9 times before. Then they admitted their machines are NOT CAPABLE or making anything over 125. Then why do you sell something you aren’t able to produce????? An absolute scam and sham company. ‘We’ve made hundreds of thousands’ they say. Not well you haven’t. Don't advertise something you aren’t able to make. Go literally anywhere else.

Extremely impressed by Planet Neon - within a few days I designed my sign, paid for it and then had it delivered! It's everything I wanted it to be. All in all excellent service and an excellent product. For anyone complaining about the 'finish', note that on the signs with a backboard, the backboard does have a film cover that you need to peel off - that's when it looks shiny and new :-)

I ordered a neon sign that I needed urgently and Planet Neon did not disappoint. My sign was absolutely perfect, made and delivered within 4 days. I wanted to changed the size of my sign too which was no problem at all for the team at Planet Neon. I will 100% be using them again. Thanks guys!

Bestellung kam Wochen zu spät. Viele Versprechungen. Dann kam die Lieferung falsch an. Und jetzt im Nachhinein löschen sie noch die schlechte Bewertung. Deshalb hier nochmals. Planetneon ist nicht zu empfehlen.

I recieved exactly what i ordered, and what was described. It arrived intact & on time for christmas & my daughters smile was worth every penny. It was securely packaged and takes pride of place in her bedroom now. I ordered the remote control and plug, & im glad i did as she uses both. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a sign for my husband's Christmas which he absolutely loves! Dealing with this company was easy. There was always a quick response to any queries, including one after sales query!
The sign did arrive late due to the Christmas rush but I was kept up to date on delivery. Beri, Ana and the team were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Thank you!

Great service from the team. I ordered during the festive season and hadn’t read the measurement requirements correctly. They sent me a “mock” design and I realised my mistake so decided to cancel as it was going to be too small. They said they could change it slightly which they did. Once the sign arrived I loved it . But the AC/DC adapter had a fault. A quick response from my email and a new one was ordered through a link and refunded . First class!!
