Even though it is not American made and it came straight from China which I wouldn't have ordered it if i would have known that I do like the product. I am not sure if it is my dogs actual pawprint since it was made in China. If I had to order again I would find an American company.

I love my necklace! I even submitted the wrong picture at first and they got the right one made up no problem! 10 out of 10

Absolutely love my pendant with my pup's footprint engraved. Unfortunately the necklace was way too thin, and broke within 2 mins of my receiving it after getting stuck in a curl... but I went out and bought a thicker pendant to pop it on and now wear it everyday!

Smaller then what i thought and writting hard to see but my girls loved them.;)

Very happy with my pendant. Paw prints are exact representation of what I sent in. Good quality. Only regret is that it is not as big as I thought it would be but still pleased with what I got.

The jewelry itself is great. But the shipping time was awful. Having to wait 3 wks to hear nothing, only to reach out wondering if there is any update since I had no idea on the time frame since I ordered….only to get a shipping notice that it will be another week, very disappointing. I ordered it for my daughters birthday, and it ended up being late.

I can’t thank you enough for the amazing job you did. I was so heart broken at the loss of my beloved pet. Just a subtle reminder for me to carry every day. Thank you!

We recently lost of dog and I bought a necklace for my daughter and it’s perfect to be able to actually include he’s paw print - the only thing I would say is the writing is very small - but I did add quite a lot! Very nice item and couldn’t fine anything similar in UK but didn’t take too long to arrive and received good updates along the way

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 times from this company. I know I put my dogs name down and I still got double sided paws on my pendant. Emailed last week saying they will look into and haven't heard anything. Very disappointed

I love my bracelet! Looks just like the paw print photo I sent in. Absolutely love it! I do wish it wasn’t so delicate. Just fear of breaking it easily. Other than that, love it! Will order from them again.

My order was placed on June 13th. I received tracking notification on June 29th. The tracking has since stopped on “Out for Delivery” since July 12th in Los Angeles. I am located in Northern CA. On July 13th - there is a strange tracking update of “Other Reason”. That’s it. Nothing since then and it shows the package is in LA. What the hell is going on? I have written to customer service twice with no response.
