The $300 bracelet I purchased can't be worth more than $25 of 14k gold. Too flimsy to wear.

The jewelry is beautiful, the rose gold is exactly what I wanted. However, I would suggest choosing the larger size pendant. I purchased the 6mm double sided heart, and while it is dainty, I cannot see my dog’s name on the back without a magnifying glass. The chain is the same thickness as the larger pendant, and so I think it looks too think for this smaller size.
Great piece and my own choice to go with a smaller pendant, so I have no right to complain. The craftsmanship is excellent and the shipping was timely.

My bracelet came scratched. I reached out and they had no issue sending me a new one .

I received my ring in the time it stated when I ordered. I unfortunately ordered the gold ring, the paw print is perfect but the gold finish around the paw came off in 3 days. I tried to email customer service but didn’t get a reply back. The paw print aspect of the ring is great but I would have just ordered silver if I had know then gold wouldn’t last a week.

I got the 14k gold, and the prints turned out amazing!!

I've ordered for myself once in the past, a "just because" piece of jewelry because I love my fur baby. I tell people about the site whenever I get a compliment on it. I recently bought another piece, though, for a friend who had to put their pet down. She was really touched, and she really appreciated it! I'm sure I'll be purchasing again in the future.

I ordered on Sept 3. Online for 20 days it only said ordered confirmed. I got a “shipping” notification on Sept 23 ( after I had contacted customer service to see what was up). I say “shipping” because if only said label created for days. I have received emails to rate my purchase, but it still hasn’t arrived as of October 16th. I knew the process took time, but this is excessive and longer than your anticipated times listed. Maybe I’ll love it…when I actually get it

I love the piece, but I paid extra to have it made in 14k gold + black ink. When I got the necklace, there was no black ink and I emailed to see if it could be fixed. The customer service agent first wrote me back saying that was not the case, but looking at my invoice, it showed I did select that option. When I wrote back asking about this, she mentioned she would speak with the product team and get back to me, but never has...pretty disappointed since I spent extra money and made a request quite quickly upon delivery. Otherwise, it is very cool and they did a great job mirroring my pup's foot!

I made my purchase on July 6th, after proposing a design, they told me they couldn’t make it, and decided to go on with something I didn’t approve. Today is September 21st, and I’m still waiting for my order after not receiving any help regarding the shipment and delivery of the package.
