Despite the fact they have ok prices they don't listen to the customer needs I told them to change the hours of the flights and not to be in the night to arrive late in the night or in the morning and to put it to arrive at 4 PM maximum 5 Romania time so they can still find public transport courses like buses or trains because not everyone is rich and has someone to come for them to pick them up or to have a lot of money to pay for them or to pay for ordering a taxi/uber/bolt, I raised this issue with them and also to not put it early in the morning as well because not everyone has money to stay at a hotel or to find buses trains to get at 6 in the morning at the airport, they need to listen to the customers as well as ones with disabilities but they didn't give a shit all they instead of making more customers and to not put the flights at crap hours , what they are doing is not listening to customers needs when they could've done that and to put the flights nearly in the afternoon or early in the afternoon from London to Bacău for example because this is where I was flying and to be able to get to a different city because I don't live in Bacău, but this airport is the closest to me, I was told by the staff in the plane that they do listen I spoke on the phone as well but they don't give a shit otherwise they were changing and seeing and caring about customers when do they have buses to get to other city this is why it was good to be early in the afternoon the flights in case they are delayed or something, if they are booked on 11 am UK time the flights for example then it would be enough time even afternoon to stil be able to find how to get to your home with a train or something.

Worst company I ever had a flight with. Later departure, late arrival, rude stuff, useless customer support. Avoid at all costs.

he tenido problema con esta compañia aerea rumana.Tiene vuelos cancelados que te avisan en dos dias antes del vuelo o en la misma dia del vuelo o horas..No recomiendo.

Very bad service. And I have bought a tickets from Spain to Romania and 10 days after to go back to Spain and they just cancelled my flights. Few weeks before the trip.. and also the customer service is very bad service and they don’t even answer to me only think they did answer it was that I will have to wait 30 day for the refund.. don’t waste you time and money with this airline..

Hemos comprado vuelo hasta Bucarest desde Zaragoza con 3 meses de antelacion y ayer nos manadron un correo electronico que ha sido anulado/cancelado sin ninguna explicacion. Ahora queremos la devolucion del dinero para buscar un vuelo con otra compania en las mismas fecha. Muy mal...

Compramos hace un mes 6 billetes para ir de zaragoza a bucarest y 3 semanas antes nos avisan que ya no hay vuelos de zaragoza con esta compañía. Es la segunda vez que nos pasa esto. ahorra para ponerte en contacto con ellos ni te contestan al coreo y para llamar te gastas mas dinero en la llamada que en comprar otro billete con otra compañía.nos veremos en el juicio con la OCU

Buenos días,la atención al cliente es pésima, después de cancelar el vuelo desde Zaragoza a Bucarest,sin ofrecer otro vuelo,sin otra opción,tuvimos que adquirir otro billete con otra compañía.Llamamos, mandamos correos,no hay manera de que nos devuelvan el importe del billete, pusimos unas reclamaciones y estamos esperando a ver si las autoridades competentes pueden arreglar esta situación.

No es una compania para fiarte. Nunca me ha pasado algo parecido con otra compania.
Compras un vuelo con antelación y te manda 4 mensajes con cambios de hora y después te lo cancela. Una pena de compañía, nos ha estropeado las vacaciones.
Lo barato te sale muy muy caro con DanAir !!
Tener mucho cuidado con ellos, no son de fiar !!

I booked ticket and then cancelled by Dan Air just 2–3 days later. According to EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, in the event of a flight cancellation, the airline is required to refund the passenger within 7 days if the passenger chooses not to be rebooked. This refund should cover the full cost of the ticket at the price it was paid.

I completed the refund form as they asked on the cancellation email. More than 12 days passed and still waiting for a response.

This company is a total scam.

Cea mai proasta companie aeriana. Mi-au mutat zborul la dus și la întoarcere am avut întârziere. Am întrebat dacă au un rand separat pt femei însărcinate și mi s-a răspuns ca politica Dan Air nu are priority pt copii și femei însărcinate. Jaznica experienta.

I've been fighting for compensation for nearly a year! This company delayed our return flight for 7 hours and at 11pm at night (in Romania) decided to the cancel our flight!!!! We were left stranded, no hotel, no offer to get us on the next flight, no food or drink vouchers!! The next flight was 3 days later!!!

We were forced to buy tickets on the next available flight from another airline at another airport (3 hours away) and travel through the night to get home and spent 1000£ doing this. We were visiting friends, do not speak romanian and you can imagine how scared my family was!!

Yes they refunded our original flight (after another fight) and asked that we fill out a compensation form. They do not want to know, refuse to answer anything the customer service team say they will pass on and you hear nothing!!!!

THEY do not want to pay out!!! Now going to court to claim money back!!!! I've reported to action fraud and the police as well as trading standards!!!

Do not book this airline, they are cancelling flights all the time!!!!! And ull have a fight to get a refund or compensation!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had – avoid Dan Air

I booked a flight with Dan Air two weeks ago, received a payment confirmation and an order number, yet still haven’t received my PNR to access or manage my booking. This is unacceptable for any airline, especially when time-sensitive travel plans are involved.

To make matters worse, none of the customer service numbers listed for the UK or Romania work. I tried calling repeatedly and couldn’t reach a single human being. No response via email, and no real way to speak to anyone. It is completely unacceptable for an airline to provide no reliable method of contact, especially when they’ve already taken your money.

The level of disorganisation and lack of support is truly appalling. I’ve wasted time, energy, and patience — and I still don’t know if my booking is even valid. This feels like a complete scam.

Avoid Dan Air at all costs unless you’re prepared to deal with silence, confusion, and frustration.

Please can anyone help I need a refund and the company don’t respond!!!!

Dan Air canceled both flights a few days after booking was confirmed (through Kiwi).
No response for my refund request 4 days after it was submitted.
I had to buy new tickets without knowing if or when or for how much I'm going to be refunded, as well as buying tickets for other legs because of this cancellation.
Not worth the temptation for cheap flights, it ended up costing dearly.

this is not an airline as they are not flying , but only cancelling: with no refunds, no compensations .
They dont even bother to respond to the email

They got cancelled my flight with no reason...there is no real phone number only an online chat which is not very helpful...bought the tickets months ago and now i need to buy new ones way more expensive of course... many people says you need to wait a lot to take your money back. awful company!

We booked tickets to Valencia for an event months before. Got a cancellation notification for the outbound flight, requested refund and asked them to keep the return flight. They confirmed the return flight stays the same!
Literally 2 days later, got another notification that the return flight was also cancelled! This is ridiculous. Now i have to find other flights and they are far more expensive because they are short notice.
DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!

There is not one good thing about this company.
Canceled my flight from Bucharest to Valencia. Although I asked for the refund, they first confirmed is done - 14 days passed - nothing happened. When I come back with more emails, they finally issue the refund.
The return flight time was changed two times... Awful onboarding process..
Overall - avoid at any cost. I know is a low cost company, but going that low is unacceptable
