The worst airline company EVER! My wife and my son had a flight from Luton to Bacau on the 28th Oct and only my sons baggage arrived at the destination, my wife’s never left the airport! It took me 6h to find out where the luggage was after calling them twice on a £1,50 a min telephone line to explain to them that their website it doesn’t work, and they also confirmed that in an email! Only on Saturday 2nd Nov my wife got her luggage, but she was there only for 1 week so on Monday 4Nov she had to fly back.They spoiled her holiday and she had to buy clothes . I made 2 complains and also spoke with them on chat to be told it will take 60 days for an answer! STAY AWAY FROM DAR AIR !!!

Avevo prenotato un volo per il 24 settembre, ma come leggo in molte recensioni è stato annullato. Le opzioni sul loro sito erano due: o arrivare a Bologna oppure ottenere un rimborso. Ho chiesto il rimborso, ma dopo aver premuto il relativo bottone mi è stato "automaticamente" (magicamente) selezionato il volo per Torino. Apro un ticket con l'assistenza spiegando l'accaduto. All'invio del ticker compare un errore PHP sulla pagina web. Pertanto chiedo informazioni tramite la live chat e l'operatore mi risponde che hanno ricevuto il ticket e che devono esaminarlo. Considerando che nel frattempo mi era anche arrivata la mail con il num. del ticket, mi fido ed aspetto.
Questo avveniva il 4 settembre. Ad oggi 25 settembre, dopo 2 solleciti, ancora nessuno si è degnato di darmi una risposta ne di scrivermi due righe.
L'unica cosa che mi hanno inviato è la richiesta di effettuare il check-in sul volo che non volevo (quello con arrivo a Bologna). Però i miei soldi li hanno presi.
NON utilizzate questa compagnia.

Ive booked a flight back in May and got cancelled , regardless of having insurance to this day I still didn't get my money back . The correspondence time is way too long , it takes weeks for them to reply .

Hola buenos días! Soy un pasajero que se encuentra en el puesto de embarque n 45 con destino Madrid-Bacau, y me encuentro que las chicas del embarque me quieren cobrar por maleta de mano. Le expliques qué yo necesito, la maleta de mano, por qué en el destino tengo que salir pronto por otros conexiones. El n de vuelo es DN -418. Para mi asido una mala experiencia! Never ever ever going too book with these again my first time visiting my friend who has moved too Romania I’ve missed her so much and as I carer and finding the time too take time off is difficult so I worked hard and begged my boss for ten day from Oct 10th too the 20th. A lovely ten days break a week after I get told it’s been changed From the 10th too the 17th which I now had only a week with my friend but hey ho it’s a week I’ve now just had an email that they have changed it from the 11th too the 17th AND I HAVE TOO TRAVEL TO LONDON!!!! When I was going from Liverpool so now I have too cancel thanks very much Dan air for ruining my life 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Denied boarding for their error
Booked a flight with Dan Air Barcelona - Bacău, they assigned me a seat that didn't exist in the configuration of the flight...so I couldn't go to visit my family, a holiday that was planned months in advance. They replied to my emails weeks after, saying that they will reimburse me, and I'm still waiting...whenever I contacted them they said I have to wait...it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I was supposed to receive my refund for the flight days ago, and still nothing. Not to mention that I didn't get a response to what my compensation will be and when....I even wrote to the CEO of the company and got no reply...the most unprofessional company I ever tried to fly with. Not to mention that the flight wasn't cheap. If you can, book with ANY other company, this is a joke of a company!!!!!

Excellent experience at a very competitive price
I bought a ticket for my mum Bacau London. It was 36£ one way including 23 kg checked bag. The flight was on time and everything went smoothly. I was reluctant to book due to the negative impact. I am glad I did. Mum said the plane was nearly empty, which is a shame. Meanwhile Wizzair flights are packed. I am really glad that there is competition, so hopefully we continue to have reasonable prices. I recommend Dan Air based on this experience (there will always be delays, bags damage and missing bags, but it happens to a lot of other companies and airports).

Really bad experience. Traveling Dublin to Bacau.Bought tickets and seats only to not get them when boarding. They told me there was a check in mistake and I understood but the way the flight attendant told me to sit wherever I could find a place, knowing I was traveling alone with 3 small kids, one infant and one toddler…I bought seats with extra space for feet and I was offered seats 24 at the back of the plane with no room at my feet to keep a baby on my lap for 3 and a half hours. This because there were 3 men that offered to change their seats. just the lack of empathy and the tone of her voice made me write this review. I wish she had her name on but she was the only one without. Not talking about the way the plane looks inside really disgusting….
