My first time with Dan Air!! Can't complain, clean plane, staff very polite, smooth landing.
Dan Air is a new company, probably is not perfect but definitely they are trying to grow!! I will use this company again!!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever , don't try to fly with them, they change the time of my flight after that they changed the date , I've asked for a refound and I'm still waiting to get my money back.
I mentioned I'm taking for about 300€ fly tickets.

My departure flight Liverpool Bacău was delayed. I've tried getting a refund from them via email, and chased every few days! It's been 2 weeks and no answer!
Now my flight got moved yet again! Mind you! To the same day of my return flight !
On their Facebook page there's just people having similar issues ! Useless company.

I paid for a flight at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they changed the time to 9:15 in the evening so they could carry out "maintenance" but the plane was in the air the whole day. Surely a night flight is cheaper than the day flight I paid for. I also paid for seats together and they changed them at check in to 2 different rows. Not a single PA from the pilot and the A320 is so old it's like the bad old days with little to no legroom, parts of the tray table were missing and the armrest was missing the recline button and had a large crack fixed with silver tape. I'd avoid this airline until they can improve on several aspects.

Mi se pare absurd să plătești un bilet cu bagaj la cala iar când am ajuns in aeroport cu putina întârziere din cauza traficului nu mai era absolut nimeni pentru a putea face chek-inul și să îmi pot lăsa valiza,surpriza din partea unei persoane din cei ce lucrează acolo îmi răspunde că singura soluție e sa intru fara bagaj ca nu mai este posibil de a face nimic (practic am platit la bajaj la cala degeqba ) . In schimb am avut întârziere de mai bine de 3 ore .urat din partea companiei .Ca sa nu mai zic ca cu cateva zile imi schimbă ora de zbor ....

Not a serious company , they don’t even respond to their costumers complains. Submitted four requests (in September 2023, October 2023, November 2023, and April 2024) for a delayed flight due to their fault; however, I have received no response as of now. They are indifferent, they don’t even respond. Avoid taking a flight with them at all.

I have paid for my seat when I bought my ticket and when I did the check in I found out my seat wasn’t that which I paid, was a random one and they said my seat is not available anymore, how is possible? Website is really bad, I have try to buy some tickets and after I pick up date and everything they freeze the site and when I started again they increase the price.
My luggage was destroyed
Just had my first flight with Dan Air today. We flew in time, the crew was so but so nice but ... my luggage was just destroyed. I just cannot imagine how hard they could have thrown then down ... the wheels were almost off, same as the hand pulling... I'm 6 months pregnant, and I had to carry the 23 kg I got for " free' because the useless staff just broke it .

They change the booking without any explanation
They change the fligh date all of a sudden and say ..."your flight is now 2 days later, if you don't like it you can have your money back". I chose that date because I need it and had an appointment. Lack of professionality and respect for the client. This is my first and probabily my last experience with this company

Bătaie de joc.....zborul de la Bacău la Roma a durat 5 ore. Exact ca autobuzul taranesc. Oprire la Torino unde coboară pasagerii apoi urcă alții care sunt plimbați la Roma că apoi să ajungă la Bacău. Mai să fie......sper să dați faliment cat mai curând. Referitor la avioane, ultimele epave, cu scaune jegoase unde ai senzația că cineva te ia la mișto.

We booked a return flight from Liverpool to Bacau, a week before our fly to Bacau was delayed with 38 hours. And when we where ready for boarding it was delayed for another 30 min, and then they give us another seats, other than what we choose. We should have a meal on board, but the meal was just a chocolate. The 2nd day from the 1st email we've got another email and our return flight was cancelled. We asked for a refund, nobody answered, it's been 3 weeks since then.

Plini de hateri care au dat review mic pt ca Dan Air S-a mutat la Bacau. Serviciile sunt bune. Nu vad nici o diferenta intre ei si Wizz. De cand s-au mutat la Bacau nu au anulat nici un zbor. Au mai fost intarzieri 1-2 ore maxim. Nu ii laud, e companie normala, ca oricare alta, nimic special. Dar nu merita nota 2 cat au din cauza frustratilor din Brasov

Spent 100 EUR on 4 Emergency exit seats for 2 people, only to check-in/get to the airport to find out new seats were given and they were not even together (we were clearly travelling together). Esentially paid 75EUR for nothing (1 seat was honoured).
Random seating for no reason, paid for that service and it was never honoured!
Demanded a refund for the services that we didn't get but won't hold my breath. If it does happen, I will update this.

A-ti intrat pe piata degeaba, luati bani de la oameni si nu le oferiti serviciile corect. Platesti bilete la exit impreuna ( nu numai dus, ci si intors ) contra cost si voi nu numai ca nu va respectati serviciile , din contra le mai dati si separat . Unele bilete sunt luate pentru ca anumite persoane au nevoie sa aiba un insotitor( dar voua nu va pasa) . Sper sa dati faliment cat mai repede ( jeg de companie )

Reservo con 3 meses de antelación, primer vuelo cambia hora de salida poco días antes. Con 2 días antes pone escala en Barcelona sin avisar.
En Noviembre avisa que se cancela vuelo de enero por dejar de trabajar con el aeropuerto, la unica solución que ofrece devolver parte proporcional del billete.
