Darch Oil Avaliações

I was able to organise and book my oil top up online from Florida!! Took advantage of an offer and all the arrangements and confirmations etc all done online, I came home to a full tank. Great! Thank you.

They turned up on time. The driver was very polite and left no mess.

Used darch oil for a few years now and always had excellent service, deliver on time everytime, from delivery drivers up to receptionists.Very Happy Customer.

Great service
Very professional driver and delivery

The lovely Tom.A nice young Man .Outstanding service start to finish. Service with a smile. The office staff were very obliging. Especially Karen and Stacy I was grateful for how patient and kind they were with me. I sometimes get myself in a muddle but they explained everything to me . Thank you

What a joy to find a company that does what it says on the can. Having been with another now USA owned company that outgrew their local clients after 20 years I am delighted to be with Darch and their excellent operative Evelelina. . I’ll be back. Julian Payne West Dorset.

Delivery in early morning drove on to plants and stepping stones on entrance bank.

After a slow start when I reported ice on my drive and recommended that the large tanker driver gave the trip a miss, and then the next day the tanker broke down (but the office were apologetic and told us by phone and email) we received the delivery by smaller tanker on Saturday, young lady driver, excellent skills and delivered oil to both tanks very efficiently. Full marks in difficult weather conditions.

You arrived a week early but otherwise all good!!👍

After being let down by another company . I won’t mention. Failed to deliver my oil at all!
Went to Darch oil delivery within 7 days . Had in 2 days . Amazing service . Driver Josh was nice and polite . Had a text message the evening before which is brilliant never had that before . Happy New customer.

Does what is asked, excellent communication. Good prices. Never been let down.
Message to let me know delivery was at 6.30am and didn’t want to disturb us. So very considerate as well.

Delivered on schedule. Driver friendly and helpful completing the delivery with a large tanker even though difficult (small tanker was booked).

Paid above per litre of oil and additional fee for guaranteed pre xmas delivery. Failed to deliver, leaving me with no oil.

I live in the USA but have a house in the Uk. I need a service I can trust and that is easy to navigate.
Darch oil make it very easy to order and their online delivery booking system is great
My house is used as an airbnb so I need services I can rely on for everything. Even if there is a provider a few kinds cheaper, I see no reason to switch from Darch.
Very impressed

Very good service, driver was very helpful.

I had made it clear that I needed to know of delivery the day before but I was not advised of delivery and got a note saying they could not deliver as access blocked. The second time the delivery was fine, but I got a note saying they could not deliver as the tank was already full, but I was there when the tank was filled and handed a delivery note.
I query this but get no answer. Had I not seen the delivery, I would have been very worried.

I phoned up and asked a question and I got told you be in touch and nobody did

Good communication on arrival and delivered timely
