Scam , made an order didn’t receive, asked for a cancellation and refund, totally ignored

It's been about 3 months since I've ordered.
Have emailed them 6 times for tracking or an update on the order and they have responded 0 times. They keep sending the generic email that it's in stock but guess the 7 to 15 days shipping is completely off.

No actual communication from them. Just generic spam emails showing new items. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order and I am yet to receive any form of shipping confirmation. While purchasing the website said “shipping in 7-9 business days” but I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed.

Scam. Don't expect your items to be in stock - they have falsely advertised items to be in stock when in fact they are a pre-order. Ordered in November, I (and a lot of other people) only found out our orders were all 'pre-orders' via instagram in December.

Don't expect any timely or meaningful reply. At best you'll get (in the following order, weeks apart)
1) Generic reply telling you to wait
2) Generic 'promise' that the item will be shipped out with the next batch
3) Complete non-communication thereafter

Using funds from new purchasers to pay back/deliver items to from previous purchasers.... sounds a bit like an italian businessman named Charles P.

Ordered two Mochi's nearly 2 months ago, still do not have my items or even a shipping notification. At the point where im about to refund or even consider this site a scam

I ordered 4x Mochi 3 on the 23. of September and to this day nothing hast arrived and in the details about the shipment IT states that they are STILL getting ready to ship. This company and everything about it is a scam even the 5 Star Reviews!! Be aware!!!!

Sold as many as unit they could with HEAVY advertisement saying 2-5 days delivery after 2 months none delivered and customers are mad now, they are cancelling orders but not refunding

They advertised in November to buy now to receive before Christmas.
5 days until Christmas and still no shipping confirmation.
Ive contacted them multiple times and they tell you more lies.
I feel this company is run by a teenager in their bedroom and is just taking everyones money.
People are still talking about their advertisement of “shipping in 2-5 days” and they dont even have stock.
SCAM! Buyers beware.

Does not even deserve 1 star review. Ordered early November for a Christmas gift. 2 weeks before Christmas I sent them a message only to be told they are waiting on shipment to arrive (no communication I had to chase them and only with a email stating I would leave a bad review if they didn’t make contact) this is when they told me they were waiting on shipment to arrive. Nothing on the website stated this. Apparently they are an Australian Company yet this company was waiting on shipment Please!!!!!! Absolute Scam!!!! Do not waste your money!!! Sounds like a backyard company

Excellent product! The simplicity of the devices and the way they look in the vehicle and on the dash is dope! Would recommend, and make for great gifts

Scam! First they stated they will ship the order within 2 weeks. They never did, asked them about it, they said it will be shipped within 45 days. Nope didn’t happen. Then the stated another 2 weeks. Still no update. Yet they still take orders from people. Like dude if you guys are out of stock then stop selling. Stay away. This website is a scam

These 5 star reviews are completely fake. Lol. If you check any of the social media posts or reddit threads, they are packed with people ordering things and waiting 50-60-90 days to be refunded for items that are constantly being pushed back or never fulfilled. It's unreal. It's like a 10 year old child regulates orders on that site. All this money in advertising and then the follow through is a complete failure.

Delivery took awhile but eventually the items arrived in good working condition. Worth the wait and love their meticulous work, Cheers!

Made an order months ago, the order specifically stated that I will receive a tracking number in 1 week, and then the order would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. I waited 6 weeks, never received a tracking number, so I emailed them. They said to wait another 2-3 weeks. So here I am now, I email them every 3 weeks just to be told to wait another 2-3 weeks. Pretty sure I've been scammed, I thought all those 5 star reviews were too good to be true. :( Going to have to see if my bank can reverse the payment.

It is good, I might buy again.

I really love the simple design, and it's a great companion in the car.

So I ordered a blinker kit, it was the rinnegan eyes from Naruto.
Ordered them, never got tracking for shipping, asked for tracking and updates never got response back. It wasn’t until 3 months later that it arrived.

Went to test the connection to see if it worked. 1 of the blinkers lit up the other didn’t at all. Contacted them to get a replacement or my money back and never heard back. Instead I was ignored.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very unreliable and not worth it
