Great Service
I had a limited timescale to get furnishing for an exhibition and was pleased to find a company that could cater to my client's bespoke needs and get the items required delivered in the time specified. The person I spoke to had an understanding of the interior design of the space including accommodate the end user's requirements. I spoke to Lauren Curtis and was very pleased with the service I received especially within the brief provided

The mattress is the worst
The mattress is the worst; after two mounts use, it ultimately has a bad shape, and our weights are 88 + 50 kg; all sides getting down. Unfortunately, the apartment owner doesn't accept that I put it into the bin and buy a new one; it gives you a series of pains. Also, in the warranty section, there is nothing at the site.

Lauren Watts was exceptionally helpful and quick to confirm the details of the delivery and also the time slot that have been set aside. Our client was happy with the smooth delivery and taking away of the old item- the staff at the office and delivery/assembly staff are always a delight to deal with. I don’t belive this reviews from David Philips are genuine as after the nightmare that I’m facing with them I started looking for reviews from different websites and I found many horrible experiences similar to the ones I’m now.
They were loving and professional until the moment that the furniture was delivered.
The finitude arrived damaged and they refuse to replace on their own responsibilities.
I will NEVER shop with them again.
Even the most popular websites for furniture, are better than them.
It has been a nightmare dealing with…
It has been a nightmare dealing with David Philips.
The items delivered were damaged and definitely not new. The furniture was ordered by the building managing company, so I assume that David Phillips understood that I wouldn’t be attempting on the quality and conditions for this items.
Since then I have been trying to replace it.
But DP continue insisting on me paying the costs for deliver, collection and a fee that they call uplift (25%). I even tried many times to exchange the items to avoid those costs, however DP kept sending invoices with overestimated charges.
There was a night that I was tired of it so I did myself the simple calculations (after receiving many incorrect numbers on the invoices) and finally they apologised for their wrong calculations. I can imagine how it can be for the clients that are not attempting on the numbers as well. At this point I was already stressed and extremely disappointed.
The beds came with damaged velvet (not new) missing bottoms, stands didn’t match colours, mattress became detent after one week…
The items are still at home and DP refuse to collect on their responsibility, they want to charge 25% to collect their damaged and used items.
This is abusive.

A good product at a very reasonable price, given the assembly service provided.
A temporary issue which arose on delivery date was very quickly resolved on an entirely satisfactory basis by Stephanie at David Phillips.

Lauren Curtis has been very efficient and helpful to work with. Under her supervision David Phillips have given a great service so far, in providing the rented furniture we needed.
I only now await the reliable collection of the furniture on Friday 31st March, early afternoon.

Megan was brilliant
Megan was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me when helping to furnish my new property. She showed a genuine enthusiasm for how my apartment looked and felt, which really helped to make the process feel fun and exciting. This was particularly refreshing and a welcome tonic to some of the other stresses of buying and moving. Her friendly professionalism and enthusiasm for what she does made a real difference and I would happily recommend to anyone in a similar position.

Stressfree Decorating Experience!
This has got to be the best and most fun, stressfree experience I have had in a long time. Buying an apartment in a foreign country and then having to decorate it can be quite a task. However, sitting in Dubai and ordering Furniture to Cutlery has been the easiest. Megan, Safa and Sam have all been amazingly helpful and super efficient! Highly recommendedI
