I ordered a Nikon Coolpix P900 from Daxmart because the store offered the cheapest price at $446.00 and with 5% discount ends up to a total of $424.00. I thought it was a steal price until a representative from Daxmark called me back. He politely said that the reduced price was for an international model which is made of plastic and carries no battery, no charger, no lens cap, no strap and no warranty. He then offered the American model Nikon P900 for $599.00 which is made of light aluminum and carries a battery, tripod, lens cover, charger and a one year warranty. I took the bait and two and a half weeks later, I received the Nikon Coolpix P900 that is made in Indonesia, its body made entirely of plastic, with a flimsy tripod that is too small to carry the camera. I should have listened to the very poor Daxmart company reviews. Returning the item within 7 days of purchase? Too late, too much hassle and expensive. I suggest that you stick with Amazon if you have the prime membership. By the way, the camera worked okey.

Ordered Canon SX50HS camera at reasonable price, received email telling me to call Daxmart, got the same old story noted here about no battery comes with the camera, etc.

Should have spent 2 minutes researching Daxmart user feedback.

Ended up ordering a package deal with battery, charger, memory card, only to find out later one can purchase the same thing for much cheaper elsewhere. Oh, and the tripods that come with the package deal are worthless and even the company indicates that when you chat with them. When I called to cancel order early on, they indicated the order was shipped, but it still took 2-3 weeks to arrive??

Customer service is rudest I've ever experienced. First person was the worst ever and the 2nd only a tad better. 15% restocking fee is not clearly noted when purchasing (it is on the web site if you dig).

If you want the camera, fine, but don't expect a battery nor buy anything else and don't expect it to come for a month or longer.

One frustrated customer who learned a lesson to research the internet companies you're thinking of doing business with more prior to purchasing!!

This company, if it is one, is the worse experience i have ever had buying on internet. Ordered camera and they called to sell me a battery which I declined. This was the last I heard from them. I called to get order status and they said that they don't have. They said the distributor will notify me. I asked who distributor is so I could get order status and they could not provide. The person I talked to was the worse customer rep I have ever spoken to. I cancelled order after no further communication was received 17 days after initial order date. I would strongly recommend you purchase elsewhere. Read their terms and conditions it's funny.

Total Scam, they ask you to call and confirm your order before they will ship. When you call they try to sell you on another product. When you tell them that you want the product that you ordered they tell you that the product you ordered is the European model and if you would like the U.S version it will be at a much higher cost. The basic bait and switch scam. Don't waist your time on this site!

I wish I had read reviews first. As soon as I placed the order I had a bad feeling. So I did a search. My feeling was insantly given reason. SCAM ALERT!!!

After reading the reviews, my stomach turned. First thing I did, call my bank. STOP PAYMENT. I knew that calling to cancel was going to be an experience, and I wasnt about to get charged for anything from this company.

I got the email from Daxmart this morning to call and confirm my order. So I called, to cancel. After sitting on hold 3 different times for almost 20 minutes, finally a guy answers the phone, tells me whats shipping and acts as if I didnt just tell 3 people I wanted to cancel. I had to stop him and reiterate my desire to cancel. "Your order is cancelled!!!" *click*

Just to have my cancellation in writing, I also responded to the email with a lengthy cancellation.

I found my Nikon D7100, 2 great lenses, and a couple other items for a better deal directly from Nikon 5 minutes ago. Definitely glad I found these reviews and was able to act fast enough, I only wish I was smarter and thought to research this company ahead of time.

Daxmart first sends an email confirmation that the order has been placed. Then sends a 2nd email asking to call to confirm that the order has to be placed. After confirming, the website order status showed processed. Each time you try to call; they do not answer or if they answer they disconnect.

I got hold of a person, he asks me for the zip code and the name and tells that the order has been cancelled. When I question him how it shows "processed", he says let me check and puts me on hold. Takes me off hold and gives me the same welcome greeting.. goes through the whole cycle and asks the zip code etc. Hangs up on me.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM> BIGGEST FRAUD

Had to call to confirm order for 2 TG4 cameras. Told I needed to buy batteries. I said no and checked other sellers that batteries were included. Called back to cancel orders and they said orders were cancelled.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Looking for a Nikon D3300, I have lenses, so all I needed was the camera body. I found the best price at Daxmart. After their "promo code", it was $208 out the door. That should have been a red flag, I know. Fast forward to this morning. I get an email (my second from Daxmart, the first was order acknowledgement) stating that for security purposes, they need me to call them. I do so immediately. I get this guy with a heavy New Jersey accent and all the attitude to match. Starts adding things to my order, not in a questioning way, but in a 'you need this, so I am tacking it on without your consent' kind of way. I stop him (because his rolling commentary was fast, slick and used-car-salesman-like) and tell him that it isn't acceptable that my original bill of $208 (which I took as my total, since that was the amount I agreed to when I clicked 'place order') was, with his antics, now somehow more than double, coming in at $499. He became instantly confrontational and combative. He refused to let me speak, kept talking over me in an agitated manner, and behaved as if he thought that if he just kept talking over me, I would back down and confirm the $500 purchase. I told him that if I had wanted to pay that much I could have gotten it from ANYONE else. That's when he told me that I had ordered the 'foreign model' and that if I wanted the 'American model', I would need to pay up. By this time, his prattling had become abusive in nature. I raised my voice and asked him to let me speak. He refused, kept talking, loudly. I then just blurted. "CANCEL MY ORDER". This rude man then hung up on me, forcing me to call back to gather status. The second rep confirmed that the order had been cancelled... however, he, too became completely rude on the phone and when I tried to tell him that I still needed the camera body, without the accessories I was being FORCE-FED, he launched in to the 'ooookkkkaaaayyy, if you want the cheesy, European plastic-trash model...' Geez, if you feel that way, why do you carry them at all?

With this second rep, it was even more obvious that he was located in a New Jersey pressure-cooker of a fake office. When I asked where he was, he said, 'London'. I laughed. I said, "Yeah. London by way of New Jersey"... which is actually before I found out that really is where he was. Do they really think they can disguise the whole 'GoodFellas' accent??? The 'company' may be based in London as he swore it is, (I truly don't know) but when you call, you get Tony Soprano's Second Banana.

This entire 'transaction' was a train wreck of bait and switch, underhanded sales tactics, trickery, deceit and out and out lying. There is absolutely NO WAY that I can in good conscience recommend this tourist-trap of a website to ANYONE. Pay the higher, more realistic price through a REPUTABLE dealer, not these grifter's. RUN!!!!!

I wouldn't even give them a half a star! Ordered a camera, a month later they tell me it's on back order... 2 weeks later, they tell me it has been discontinued. Really?? Will Never shop here and Ill tell Everyone I know!

Never got this before and would never got to them again!
I ordered a camera because of the attractive price. I got conformation letter that order was accepted and will be processed, then I got a mail in the late evening, telling me that I must call in person to confirm the order. I called early in the morning just to learn that order was canceled because they have sold it.
Why they spent my time if they can't keep on their promises??? Just to get more traffic or get my personal information?
Another think that surprised me was that when I called, they even did not ask for my order number neither my name even, but rather asked for my zip code and said that order is canceled.
Very fishy to me. Would suggest anyone not to go there.

Bait and switch, incorrect and incomplete order, failed to tell me about a 15% restocking fee which is absurd as order was incomplete anyway, and failed to give me an itemized order as requested. I'm calling an attorney. These people are crooks.

So apparently I got an email saying I have to call daxmart.com to approve my order I did and they said do I want the Chinese o American camera? mmm well English> they added $300 more for the American than what I paid on the website then started offering me batteries for $89 I said no thank you the person that helped me was extremely rude, he offered me the 5200 I told them I couldn't because of certain lens im using then offered me the 7000 telling me is the same camera, mmm no is not, is more frames per second and better iso, and right away told me ok we can't sell you a camera you order is cancelled and hung up the phone on me! I canlled again same guy answered and I asked for a manager he told me your order has been cancelled and no you cant talk to a manager, terrible company I would never buy from daxmart.com and everyone online and 200 of my photography club will find out! I can't believe they are companies like this out there!

Ordered a video camera from Daxmart and it took two months to get it (they were able to charge my credit card immediately though) with dozens of emails and being put off for months. The product arrived well after the needed date and two weeks after emailing them to cancel the order and refund the charge to my credit card.

I called and called and sent numerous emails to the company all to no avail. Finally spoke with Anthony today who tells me that he is the owner of Daxmart and several other companies and he doesn't care about my problems. He makes millions of dollars and I am nothing.

Absolutely the worst customer service and company on the planet. If you ever do business with them after reading this review, it is your own fault (just ask Anthony, the owner of Daxmart and lots of other companies).

Happily reversed the charges on my credit card, closed that account and fixed the problem myself.

I placed my order.I went for it because I got enough off of the price to go for it.They made accommodations for me and my order that made me feel as if they were on my side.

After making the order I researched the company which is really the wrong thing to do but I felt secure making the order before doing all that. After reading all the bad reviews and complaints I thought I had gotten myself into a fix. I almost canceled the order a dozen times but I didn't. I'm glad I didn't because everything ended up fine.

I'm perfectly happy with the outcome. I have my camera just as described and I am happy with the service they provided. I bought the USA model and I'm getting the full one year manufacturer's warranty. If you buy a gray market item you might get a cheaper but you have the risk that comes with it and you do not get the US one year manufacturer's warranty.

All in all I am happy with the purchase.Don't let the complaints scare you.I have also found that they have favorable reviews as well.

Ordered the cannon 7D. Advertisement is misleading, price 509 with 5% discount. I ordered this camera on Internet and the next day they called to verify address which I thought was very nice, they wanted to verify my order that I was getting the cannon international, I asked what did he mean international, was there a difference? Why yes he said the international camera was plastic and had no warranty, much different then The American camera. No where on their site does it say international and no warranty. I said please cancel and he said ok. That was it. Now they have all my credit information and I have to watch that I get no charges on that card. I would never order from this place and they should not be aloud to sell anything. I saw all those happy people in 2013, what happened from then until now???? pS. My ID is just like your advertising.

Ordered the latest Nikon 7200, for a supposedly very good price of $820, they sent me an email to call them to verify the order. Which I immediately knew was a scam. The guy on the phone decides to ask me if I need a battery for my Camera (ha ha moron) all cameras come with a battery. To play with him I told him I don't need a battery. Then he asked me if I want an international camera or US camera , Saying the international camera comes with a Chinese character display and is made of plastic. I told him I did not have time to waste with him and to cancel the order. I would suggest you dont waste any more time with this vendor

This is the worst online scam company ever! There is absolutely no basic human respect to customers. You place an order and they ask you to call them. Then they put you on hold forever before answering. Finally you spoke to someone who would hang up before you even finish your sentence. Then I called again and of course waited for 10 min. Someone picked up and asked my order number. I asked to cancel it and he simply said "canceled" and then hang up. I have to watch my credit card statement for this scam company.

This site is a total scam. Please do not buy from them. I ordered a Canon G16 for what I thought was a great price of $270. I received an email saying that they received my order and that I would be receiving an email with an invoice once my camera ships. This should take 1-2 business days. After 4 business days and no email I called up the company. I reached an individual who was EXTREMELY rude. He said that the camera I bought did not come with a battery and that I need to buy either a 2 hour or 6 hour battery. Also they indicated that I purchased the International Model and not the US model. I could upgrade to the US model with a battery for $419. I started to question how they could do this and how they were falsely advertising only to be hung up on. I called back and got yelled at by the same gentlemen. I stopped him and promptly told him to cancel my order. He said and I quote "Your F#&%!%! order has been cancelled and then hung up." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered pentax k-30 body advertized for 350 - 5% discount, when they called to verify he said I needed the battery, I told him I didnt want it, I had a aa battery adaptor he insisted, he argued I finely agreed (an extra $69) no he said upper four hundred, ended up to be $499.98. I got no 5% discount, 'bait and switch'. love the camera but could have got a better deal from amazon!!! never buying from daxmart again!!!!
