Bait and switch, rude, tries to upsell beyond retail price
I placed an order with Daxmart for the Sony NEX-7 camera yesterday. They called me this morning to 'verify my order', and chatted with me for a minute about what a nice camera it was. Then they offered to sell me an upgraded battery. When I declined that, they told me the camera that I'd ordered was really a Japanese version, without warrranty, and with a very low charge battery (I checked the listing, nothing like that was included on product description, altho they did have a listing for NEX-7 WITH USA WARRANTY - which was selling for $100 more than on Sony's store).
When I told the gentleman on the line (extension [private data]) that I wanted the product that I ordered, he began to get rude - saying that I'd argued with him for an hour and wasted his time (it had been 13 minutes, three of which was on hold). Then he told me he was canceling the order, and hung up on me.
Stay away from these guys. You'll either waste your time or get ripped off.
