As with other reviews posted having a very similar experience…

Initially ordered £36 panels, more than half arrived damaged. Sent photos as requested and Replacement arrived a dew days later, and yet more damaged arrived…

Now having to wait for them to collect the damaged panels before they will send me the 4 im needing to finish the project.

Whole project has been on hold numerous times due to the lack of care in sending panels out.

Had the audacity to offer me £5.60 to keep the damaged panels.

Told me courier would be in touch in 48 hours…. That was 3 days ago…

I dont know what dbs bathrooms are playing at but service used to be brilliant. Its clearly gone down hill.!

Didn't replace even after giving photos but insisted I leave my bathroom work on hold till they get their damaged panels so they can replace

I’ve ordered "Gold White Marble" panels from this company multiple times. My first orders were delivered damaged, we were able to come to an agreement on discount but this latest batch is a complete disaster.

Despite their website showing vibrant gold-veined panels, they sent a batch that is almost entirely dark grey. When I reached out, they dismissed it as a "slight shade difference." It’s not a shade difference; it’s a totally different design. To make matters worse, the panels are covered in white printing defects.
Initially they admitted that they are a different design (amen for screenshots) and then changed their tune when challenged with replacing the panels. I now have to live with a half-finished, mismatched bathroom. Thankfully in talks with another company to try and get the matched panels.

Word of advice, if you are naive enough to order and do receive damaged panels do not accept the discount, demand replacements. If you don’t and then need to order more panels you may end up with a different design.

They are happy to take your money but won't take responsibility when they send faulty, misrepresented goods. I’m now having to fight this through a bank chargeback. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Also, check the reviews on different websites - wish I did!!

I found their products to be of an excellent quality.
The delivery service was very good and communication first rate.
I would recommend this company.

We know what we wanted, so we phone shop to order or bathscreen and collect the screen a few days later. Staff are aways very helpful a lovely shop.

Ordered from this company for 2 projects, items arrived in time and the delivery driver was helpful in getting the items into my property on both occasions, I also had to order more as I miscalculated and the office staff went out of their way to make sure everything was done efficiently, I have nothing but praise for this company: I will be a returning customer for years to come.

2 failed deliveries, then stalling on the refund. Thankfully PayPal sorted this within a few hours.

Your delivery driver left me middle of the road and told me I should get it from his van that he has so many deliveries and this is the only way they works İ asked him nicely at least take it until the lift it's heavy he said take one by one I can't very unprofessional we are paying to get it until our front door order no WEB211225007

All good. Arrived on time and to spec. Worth noting that the ceiling panels look great and are easy to install BUT they are extremely fragile. I'm pretty careful but working in a confined space and moving very gingerly I still managed to damage some panels. Even just pushing one into place I managed to put my thumb through it 🤦
