very straight forward process. i appreciated the speed of processing.

SCAM- I paid £84 for a DBS check and received nothing. This is simply a scam...cant believe I was caught!!! Grrrrrr

I feel good with it

After an initial problem, I recieved an apology, refund then as promised, my DBS certificate. Fair play to them, all sorted now!

I found the service very straight-forward and the on-line form easy to navigate and complete. The turn-around time for the certificate is very good and so is the offer of an electronic version as I rarely retain any physical paper.

Very quick and easy to use service with my DBS delivered electronically within 2 working days and my paper one to follow shortly.
Highly recommended!

Raised a query 9 May 2024. Only today, 28 May 2024, have they issued a simple acknowledgement. They say: "A member of the team will contact you directly in due course." I have asked them how long it might take for a full response. Watch this space... Later: I thought I was dealing with the DBS but the organisation is just a commercial thing that puts "DBS" in its name. I'll try again.

The communication was efficient and polite. I felt they went out of their way to be supportive and work to a tight deadline that I had and cannot commend the team enough.

The company has many good reviews on the website, but don't be fooled by this. I ended up paying twice (£160), and in my opinion, the company has poor customer care and is just a legal scheme to make money. I will not be using the company ever again, nor would I recommend them.

Paid for a 24hr service and still waiting 1 week later. Had a couple of emails but only after sending chasing emails for 2 applications and one we have had nothing ... scam of a company will be asking for a refund . Will report how that goes....

it would be less than 1 star if i could. its a total scam!!!!
hopefully i will be able to get a refund for a service which can not be provided from this company.

A scam! I applied for a dbs check about a week ago and have not heard back from them. They took my payment, £96 but I did not get any confirmation emails or any means to track my application. I tried to email them and and first they said the cannot help with my case as they are an independant company and to direct my query directly to the Disclosure and Barring Service. I sent them a second email about the money reducted from my bank and they asked for proof which I supplied but I haven't heard back since. I would just like a refund at this point. DBS certificate be dammed. Do not use this service!

I wouldn’t even give it one star I think they’re scammers. I’ve heard nothing sent money there an absolute disgrace and I will be taking it further.

O Stars if I could- I paid over a week ago for a DBS check for work. I didn't receive any communication or a receipt for payment taken. £85 has left my account, but I have had no case number, just an email from a Matt Ford needing more documentation. I sent and alas another 5 days have passed and I am now convinced I have been scammed. I have tried their number multiple times, at several times a day and it goes through to an automated message saying phone lines are busy and leave a message. I have done this, as well as emailing several times, and I've not heard a peep. Like others, I am concerned about personal information I have shared with these scammers. Please just avoid them and go through a government site, it's really not worth the hassle.

Can you please contact me urgently, I have sent two emails and various phone calls and I cant get through to anyone.

I have submitted all documents on Friday 14th July for one employee and the second on Saturday 15th and I have not any any correspondence back.
