DONT USE These are a Scam, Quick Sale, they take your money for something you can get off the Gov website, refused to give a refund.

scheduled phone call walked me through every step to set up and go through everything on portal was easy to follow

Could not load any of the id the system could not allow anything to be uploaded

I was on this site thinking it was the government site, my money was taken £120 and then they said can't verify my ID withing 10 min, you then have 5 days to prove why you require a refund and then all communication stops and you can say good bye to your money, they far from good there are thieves.

I requested a refund when I realised that I would not be able to obtain the certificate digitally without getting a code to access the government website which locked me out when I tried it. Ultimately, I paid more for a service that as it turns out, I could have done myself for less hassle.

I requested the refund on the same day payment was taken. I was told to contact refunds, I did this and was told they would respond in 48 hours.

Refunds did not respond and I had to chase almost 72 hours later. I was told that the certificate had been dispatched on the same day that the payment had left my account, despite the chain below showing otherwise.

To say that they dispatched the certificate on the same day they took the payment from my account is an outright lie and to claim this when the chain itself shows otherwise is ridiculous.

I don’t appreciate being lied to and am leaving this review to warn others, will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank if no response by close of business on Monday.

Joke company who lie, avoid.

Online Very easy procedure especially proof of ID and self Photo

The worst customer service ever.. they don’t respond at all..
I’ve sent so many emails, tried calling them but no luck.

Everything went smoothly started online then finished up with mobile phone for pictures which was straight forward and intuitive only negative was had to chase for an invoice.

After taking £120.00 from my account on the 31st March this office then explained that I had not been identified correctly. I went through the whole process twice getting photographed and both my driving licence and passport shown via laptop HD camera my - identity was not verified. This government office has defrauded me and I have no recourse..

The process was relatively easy. It was frustrating that doing it on mobile wasn't easy, as it kept declining my pictures. And could not validate it that way.

I did the process manually using my laptop, and it accepted my details the first time.

Overall, it was a good experience after the initial declines.

This was a simple and straight forward process.
