May or may not have received the wrong order, attempted to speak with customer service with no reply

Bought a pair of shoes at the end of January on my 14 yr old Granddaughter behalf, she saved her pocket money to buy them, they sent an order confirmation and we are still waiting for dispatch never mind delivery! Have emailed 5 times and called twice, but call gets dropped after you have been on hold with them for 15 mins, absolutely impossible to get hold of them, very disappointed Granddaughter, would not recommend at all! Shoes eventually turned up 3 weeks later!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from DC Shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, and it took well over a week for them to arrive. When the package finally showed up, they sent the wrong shoes entirely. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after already waiting longer than expected.

I immediately emailed customer service to resolve the issue, but it has now been a month and I still have not received any response. No reply, no update, no resolution — nothing.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Between the delayed shipping, incorrect order, and complete silence from customer service, this has been a very poor experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on how my situation has been handled.

Still haven’t received my order yet three weeks later the only reason I know there on there way is because I had to phone them

Quality products and quick delivery

So I’ve placed 3 orders and so far the experience has been awful. First one was a simple full price item that despite advertise I’d receive it in 4-5 days after a week it hadn’t even been sent out, contacted Customer service, of course was the carriers fault. Shocker, asked them as it’s in stock to get another sent out as I need it and they’ve gone silent.

Order two was for a sale item , at point of purchase there were 4 available and I ordered 1, then 4 days later out of stock order cancelled, no apology no nothing.

Third order I expect the same as there’s been no movement and the sale item is now out of stock.

Won’t knock the products, I like them, customer service is rubbish and obviously the website doesn’t function properly either. So with a hit rate of 0/3 I can’t really find anything positive to say.

Worst service ever had, over 3 weeks and no delivery, told that it was with Royalail, and then a payment went out my account unexpefted 3 weeks adter I made payment online, no offer.of compensation or anything and if norhing changes I will never shop here again

Great shoes. Look great, fit great, can’t wait to get out and use them.

Ordered online on Tuesday, item went down in price on Wednesday/Thursday, was charged the full price a week later. It took a week for the order to be dispatched. I’d contacted customer service for an ETA and to question the charge and received a generic response about their delivery partner with my two questions about eta and price ignored. Great products, customer service doesn’t appear to exist

No update on order placed on the 23rd Jan, contacted customer service, and information was no help, and told me what I already knew, and there is still no update on my order, or when it'll be delivered, and its now over 2 weeks.
