Wrong order received after a long wait for delivery. Query still ongoing with no communication and no contact number to speed it up. Currently have a pair or trainers I did not order, waiting to see what the next steps are. Very disappointed.

Customer service when I emailed asking about unisex sizing was very helpful. Favourite brand shoes and always so comfortable.

My shoes arrived very quickly with no issues at all, and the shoes are great. I was worried about buying directly from DC given negative reviews, but it seems likes all companies get the same negative feedback these days from those who buy direct (and I've been stung by other companies in the past when doing this, so was keen to avoid). Pleasantly surprised. Credit where credit's due.

Great value for money. So comfy and design is fab. Delivery was quick.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered on 18 January and my order sat in “preparing” for days with ZERO real updates. Customer service was slow, automated, and completely useless.

When the shoes finally arrived (only just on the birthday), they were NOT what I ordered — wrong colour/model. How does a company mess up something that basic?

Now I’m stuck dealing with more delays and vague responses for a mistake THEY made. To this day I’m still waiting to receive a refund or at least a response from them. Stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I will never order from DC Shoes again and I recommend you don’t too.

It took nearly 2 weeks for the item to be dispatch, no email from the company to explain. Chased them a few times and got an automated response giving me the delivery information from the website, when I finally got an email from a person I was just told there is a delay. Did not even get an update once they had finally been shipped

the order was placed 16/01/2026. It is 27/01/2026. The order still hasn’t been delivered.

Fast delivery no hassle and all arrived in good condition

Lack of communication over delivery. Two pairs were packed badly but this did not affect them thankfully. Would not put me off buying again. Great company with great quality products

The product arrived before expected delivery date, the item is just perfect, quality excellent, size brilliant, comfort amazing, look just the way I like it but 2 days after I purchased my item there was a price drop of around £15.
