Went to buy a 4 person tent, got to the checkout and they tried to tell me it was the wrong price sticker on the item and it was actually a 6 person tent, get home and set it up to see how it looks and I find out that it only is a 2 person tent these Morons are useless your better of getting it through temu !! I think I'll be back arguing with them on Friday but I don't think they will do anything from the reviews I have read, 😡

Company is a fraudulent company. Staff cant speak English and are extremely rude and unhelpful. They will do everything and anything to get more money out of you. I spent over 20 hours trying to resolve issues and they messed me about at every opportunity. Now stuck with wrong product and I can't get my money back from them. Pease save yourself the hassle and avoid. Also be aware that they are a phoenix company and regularly shut down and re-register under another name.

If there was a no star rating thats what they would get.
Brought blankets online from dealsdirect.co.nz... received totally random not my order items not even what I selected....they do not reply via email phone or text...they have disgusting customer service and they leave you on the phone waiting...it's even worse when they say you picked those items been 4 weeks now I've asked for refund Noone answers...I paid using zip app ....I rang zip to stop payments to them n they couldn't but they can talk to them on your behalf...

I would like to inform the general public about the quality of beds sold at Deals direct.i have never seen such shady product on the market before. Then the battens are in 2 pieces of such cheap plastic like material there is no proper instructions to put them together. I was been told that I can't return or get refund even in after days of purchase saying that i have already opened the item when it wasn't even fully opened, Please save yourself the embarrassment and disappointment and more importantly your hard earned dollar.quality wise is a scam.

Bought some dishes on Sunday. It says on the shelf not to open as stuffs are checked by staffs. When we opened our boxes today noticed handles are broken for the casserole dish. Called deal's direct and they are not accepting to take the products saying it could have been damaged while taking it home. Very unprofessional and reaping customers.

Same experience as everyone else - placed order, didn't arrive, attempted to contact through multiple channels with no response. Am about to start the process of trying to get a chargeback arranged through the bank. Absolutely shocking that a company with such poor standards can take people's money time and time again without delivering the goods and still be trading!

I made a purchase before reading these reviews. My expensive mistake. I have not received the item and not had any response to my emails. Very disappointing.

BEWARE SCAM COMPANY
This is a SCAM Company. I purchased on the 8th of July. It’s now the 10th of August. A blimming Birthday pressie for my daughter’s Birthday tomorrow as well. I’m so annoyed. Don’t even bother trying to contact them as they won’t reply. I realised afterwards this is the Scam Company and Dealsdirect.co.nz is the legit Site. Only one Star so I can write a review. I have no idea how this Company is still Operating. A disgrace

Awful to deal with. Products are rubbish quality. Then when they break down, deals direct ignores your emails. Even after it's gone through disputes tribunal, and they have to refund your money. They don't, and continue ignoring you. Deal with a reputable NZ company. Save yourself the dramas. This company needs to be shut down 👎

No respond for the days i was requesting refund from the bank . That is a Fraud company DO NOT pay them any money , police should deal with this company.

I bought a gazebo and the canopy does not fit. It is sewn to tight to go over the frame. Cannot use it. Don't try your luck on this company. Shop else where.

Ordered something. It never arrived. And never heard back from the company. Should have read the reviews before I bought.

Awful organization. Setup as one name, sold cheap crap, all went wrong, then setup as another similar name again claiming not to be the original business. I bought a 'Heavy Duty' gazebo. Broke within weeks, had to buy replacement parts which didn't work. Complaints are met with abuse and being hung up on. Service is dreadful and staff seem to be deliberately unhelpful at best, rudely obstructive at worst.
DO NOT DEAL WITH DEALS DIRECT!

Used it for 3 days camping as stated in the heading this is what it is used for. Had a shower of rain and top has swelled up to an unusable state, I rung the company up to get exchange but they tell me it’s my fault it swelled up as it is not made to go outside, as stated in the heading and instructions it can go outside! I was told the top is made out of MDF which i should of known this, (not sure how I would know this) This table is not for outdoor use whatsoever, see description below showing it can go outside

Same story as everyone else. Bought something for my dad which was never shipped and couldn't get any response out of the company. Disputing with my bank.

Purchased a kids chair online. They ring two days later saying they didn't have any in stock so I asked for a refund. I have emailed and text them to get my money back! They are so unprofessional and I'm still waiting on my refund. Do not buy anything from this company!

Scam company that still appears to be trading and worse still they have a valid Visa Mechant account approval that allows them to continue taking peoples money. I can’t understand why Visa have not closed this companies approval, they are as complicit as the fraudsters themselves.
Report this scam through your bank and request the transaction be reversed.

The latter is based in East Tamaki, Auckland, the fraudsters claim to be based in Stratford, NZ
