Good but changing office hours and shortstaffed?
Products are good quality but the office hour times that kept changing was a bit frustrating and the number we were supposed to WhatsApp was offline until about an hour later. Otherwise good.

The purchasing side of the order was easy and no problem at all, the delivery was the issue. The problem was on the courier side and the store was very helpful is solving the problem. Would have been five stars if I was not the one who had to bring up the "no delivery" issue.

Save your money - complete scam
I recently purchased a item from this company for the first time despite the negative reviews I still tried to give them a chance which I now regret I ordered a item which I paid over 2k for yet despite this received the completely incorrect item in my order I tried contacting the company and they gave me nothing but excuses and offered little to no help telling me they don’t know how I ended up with the specific item and didn’t even try rectifying the issue . COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND ARE THIEVES THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND IM LEFT WITH NOT RECEIVING ANY PRODUCT. If I could give them 0 stars I would and will be seeking legal advice. This is why people find it hard to trust SA business DISAPPOINTING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Monday: 1pm-5pm
Tuesday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm
Sunday: Closed
Your order was placed on Saturday. We have responded to both of your emails with regards to your order as well as when you can expect delivery. (4-5 business days)
As it is not yet 1pm and we have not yet opened for the day, you would not receive a response via our whatsapp but we've responded via email, twice
This is not a fair review by any means when you have not allowed 1 full business day from when your order was placed. We pride our selves on our service and do our best to deliver on that, every time.
If you would like us to cancel your order we are happy to give your money back
