Good morning Amanda, I am so sorry that this was your experience. We have assisted you to the best of our ability via email and over Whatsapp. Your defective product was dropped off at our warehouse on Friday at 12pm with no packaging. As we told you in the email previously, all defective items have to be sent off for testing before refunds are passed and as I am sure you are aware, couriers do not operate over the weekends. As soon as testing is done, we will process your refund. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

Swift payment methods on the website. Effective and quick delivery. I love that you can track the driver and that a code is sent to you prior delivery. That way the validity of the owner is ensured. Haven't used the purchased item yet, but it's in a great condition and I love the packaging.

I Won't Buy From Anywhere Else
When I first placed my order, I will be honest, I was a little bit worried but damn was I wrong! Not only did my order arrive perfectly on time, It was 100% discreet! The packaging was a bit large for what I ordered but everything was in perfect condition. After unpacking the box, to my surprise, there was a little hand-written note from the company thanking me for my purchase. Most places just print and send but I felt really valued as a customer!
100% would recommend and purchase from again!
