Quick easy order and faster than expected delivery.

Your company was not discreet as promised. The invoice was stuck to the front of the package and delivered for everyone to see. Absolutely humiliating as courier guy mucked up and sent the package to our business, instead of the personal address given. Discreet does not mean that you put the invoice on the package for it to be known to the world of every device we ordered. At least put a fake company name etc like the other businesses in this industry. But no, you have to show everybody not just the place we ordered from, but WHAT we ordered as well. We have ordered from other places and have never had this problem before, because they know what they're doing. Get your act together and provide good service to your clients. Speak to your courier company and tell them not to put the invoice on the box. We will never be ordering from you again, and advise that those that want their delivery to personal and private, not to order through them either.

Didn’t like the fact that the hygiene sticker seal on the box was broken. The guys did get back to me but they were out of stock in any case of what I wanted. The product however did work. Hope the guarantee on the product will be held. Overall it was a quick delivery. I would have liked to see perhaps a discount due to the deal being broken.
