Deeper quest and accessories
Really good service and if you have any issues it gets sorted straight away would highly recommend to friends , I have now uses the boat for mapping a lake and I got to say it’s so easy to uses and set up the best boat I have had by a long shot.

Thanks for your review Steve! This should be an easy fix, as most likely a conflicting smartphone setting is causing this. Here's how to fix it: go to Cellular Settings of your iPhone -> Scroll to the very bottom -> Disable "Wi-Fi Assist" setting.
Also, ensure that the sonar doesn't submerge underwater during the movement of your kayak. It can lose connection if submerged.

A complete waste of money
A complete waste of money. Product stopped working after being used twice in two years, company no help. Offered a 25% discount on a new one, but why throw good money after bad? Don't waste your time or money.
Edit: despite how their customer service replied, they told me it's a sealed unit so they couldn't do their diagnostic process, I'm sh*t out of luck. Twice I used it, so that was about $50 per use.

As we're unable to identify your case based on your Trustpilot name alone, we can't comment on the specific circumstances. However, our warranty process always includes a detailed technical inspection to determine the root cause of a failure. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the device is repaired or replaced under warranty. If the inspection determines that the failure was caused by factors not covered by the warranty, such as accidental physical or water damage, we're unable to provide warranty service. In such cases, we often offer a goodwill discount on a new device.

Hello, thanks for your review. As per product description on the webpage of Deeper Magnetic Charging Cable, it works only with Deeper START, Range Extender and Quest Controller products.
Your Deeper PRO+2 uses a micro USB or USB-C cable, depending on the year of manufacturing. You might already have such a cable at your house, so please try to use it. If any help will be needed - please contact us at support@deeper.eu

Outstanding service. The device was shipped from Europe to Australia in 4 days. It does exactly what it said and exceeded my expectations with its detailed maps of the ocean floor. Plus it was super simple to set up. Thanks Deeper a 10 out of 10 from me.

Excellent product
Excellent product, but unfortunately there is no privacy for your own scans.
What really let this company down was the customer service. I ordered an attachment hook but received the wrong item. I returned the incorrect item immediately and have now been waiting for a replacement/refund for over two weeks after they received the return.
The product itself is good, but the poor customer support and slow resolution process have been very disappointing.
