Tuote oli sitä mitä pitikin. Mistään muualta sitä ei enää saanut. Invictus platinum hajuvesi. Nopea toimitus ja hyvin pakattu. En enää itse ole skeptinen tähän liikkeeseen

This is the most disgusting online…

This is the most disgusting online store. They wrote off twice as much from my bank account as needed. I tried to contact them and find out what was going on and get my money back. One employee did not apologize, but accused me of writing to them everywhere and distracting them from work! What? Did I imagine it? This is unprecedented impudence and absolute disrespect for customers! I do not recommend this platform! Boors and dilettantes. Take care of your wallets and nerves!

Poor costume service

As in my previous review I explained that I was sent a wrong parfume and was still waiting for some kind of solution.
Today ( 8 days later ) after sending pictures of the product , barcode of the product , they have admitted that there has been a mix up .
I have now been sent codes and stickers via e-mail which I must MYSELF print ( I don't have a printer ) and glue to the parcel and return the wrong item . All this before they will take further action ( Whatever it is sending the right parfume or a refund , I have no clue )
The right thing would have been to send me the original parfume I ordered and paid for in a EASY RETURN parcel which I can the use sending the wrong one back without any hassle . And it would not have hurt to give a discount or gift as all mistakes were made by Deloox.
UPDATE : As they don't have the original parfume I ordered and paid for originally in stock ( it seems ) , I decided to keep the '' wrong '' one and got 50% refund for it . Not ideal , but I really did not want to go through so much hassle returning it .
Note to Deloox : The return policy should be much easier and efficient .

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that receiving the wrong item was inconvenient and we sincerely apologize for this.

After your report, we determined that there was an incorrect product link on our website, which resulted in you receiving the men's version of the perfume. As soon as this became clear, we offered you the option to return the item free of charge or keep it at a significant discount.

We would like to emphasize that our return process is user-friendly. The return label you received by email can be easily scanned at most post offices, so printing is often not necessary. Despite these options, you indicated that returning the item was too much trouble for you. That is why we offered you a 50% refund as an alternative when you decided to keep the item.

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to further improving our service to better meet the needs of our customers.

Lähes aina parhaat hinnat. Valikoima on laaja ja löytyy myös paljon erikoisempia tuoksuja joita voi olla haastava löytää. Toimitus oli nopea.
