I ordered the boots using the sizing guide @ 6pm, to my surprise they were delivered the following morning by Royal Mail . This is my second pair of Dublin River Boots , so comfy and well made , great for dog walks , highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from real people
I ordered boots and they came very quickly. I did have an issue with the boots but the customer service team were excellent. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I love how you can actually speak to a real person with this company rather than have to use a chatbot. Highly recommended!

Vastly inflated price even in the sale!
Realised that you charged me far more for my Bucas 50g turn out thin raincoat than Bucas themselves would have charged. I think you had the wrong price on it as it was £181 reduced to £131 and that rug elsewhere is always less than £100. I would be grateful if you can look into this or I certainly won’t be purchasing from you again

Charged £40 for ‘free’ returns
After an absolute nightmare with delivery, bad quality products and ill-informed advice from customer service, I had a return authorised with free return delivery (as advertised everywhere online). In the refund emails I have been charged £10 for each of the 4 individual items I returned. £40 return delivery. It’s been so much hassle dealing with this company and it’s not even over.
