Placed order 10pm in evening and boots arrived 36 hrs later via Royal Mail, excellent service. Derby House Paddock Boots great value for money and very comfy. Plus added gift of free pair of Bamboo socks.

The goods arrived speedily and I was informed of their whereabouts along the way. The quality of everything I bought was also good.

Was easy to order and the delivery was very fast, however I ordered 2 6,9 for both my mares and the necks on these rigs are very tight and I wouldn’t classify either of my horses to be overly heavy and I have never had a problem with the sizing on other rugs

I received my Equisafety jacket almost immediately. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size and needed to change it for a smaller jacket. Derbyhouse advised that I should return the jacket for a refund and re-order. The new jacket has arrived and is brilliant! The refund was processed amazingly quickly. An extremely happy customer!

Ordered an item. Wrong item sent and by the time it arrived the correct item I'd ordered was out of stock and not coming back in. Had to take time out to return an item for a mistake that wasn't my doing. Offered 15% discount code but told I had to find the item and send it to them to receive it. 15% doesn't equate to what I would have saved on the item I had ordered nor am I being railroaded into buying something I don't want. Was told by another employee that the code could be sent and used across all interent fusion stores however I'm still waiting to receive this. Such poor service. Bring back Derby House from 15 years ago.

We live in the US and somehow stumbled up on to Derby House while searching for some fleece coolers for our two mares. I placed the order and was impressed with the speed of which our order was processed and shipped, I thought I would be a few weeks before it would arrive however to our surprise we got the coolers within a few days of ordering them! Both coolers looked exactly as pictured, though one of the coolers was sized incorrectly by the manufacturer... so it is extremely short, we measured so many times... but all good, it fits our youngster for now so we have some use for it.

I use this company regularly and have never been disappointed. I love that they rarely use any plastic in their packaging.

Ordered a stable rug beginning of december and dpd instead of putting this in my safe place sent it to a collection point, I was ill in hospital with covid and did not make it in time to collect rug and was notified it was being returned to sender. I am now trying to get a refund as I have not received my order and I am getting nowhere. Keep getting told I have to wait until this is returned!! and then told DPD has not actioned a return. Not actually my problem!! Customer service is diabolical and I asked for a complaints contact and was given a false email that just raises another customer service request. 2 weeks later I am still no further forward with my refund and am going to report them to Trading standards

The riding boots i ordered were lovely but i had to return due to ordering the wrong size. The returns process was simple and i received my refund straight away. I will be returning for future purchases.

Very easy ordering and item arrived very quickly. The rug is super and I have more than 1. Fits the ponies necks very well.

Although you have replied to my review I don't think you have read it - I have stated that I have exhausted all avenues in trying to contact you but you reply asking for details .. mmmm .. how would you suggest that I reply .. by telephone, I tried that and it was ringing for over an hour so I gave up, by email maybe, I tried that quite a few times and funnily enough .. no reply .. so please, please tell me how Im going to get the information to you and finally get this resolved

I purchased a pair of BARBOUR Wellington Boots as a gift for someone for Christmas. Ordering online was simple. However, communication from this company is VERY POOR, no confirmation email to confirm my order and no updated information on whether my goods had been despatched ... I did eventually receive my boots (probably more out of luck than any organisational workflow system that they have) - Now the issues have started !!! This company needs to up their game in the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. So, the boots arrived but the wrong size was delivered, simple I thought ... luckily I screen grabbed the ORDER REF when I purchased so I had a number to put into the returns section within the on-line portal. The ORDER REF was not recognised 01903235EN3729807 and now I'm left with a pair of boots that do not fit and no way of contacting this company as they DO NOT ANSWER their phone and DO NOT REPLY to the many emails I have sent. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought two Derby House rugs (first time buyer) received rugs quite promptly which was great but I had put the two rugs on both of my horses the same time for the first time and from 10am to 1pm they had became soaked through to the skin and trying to get hold of anyone either through email or phone is ridiculous no answer from either!

I love the quality of derbyhouse rugs. Great value. Opted for 24 hour delivery and was not disappointed. 10 out of 10 👍
