Vorsicht! Das ist eine Betrugsfirma! Ich kann nur jede/n warnen, dort zu bestellen bzw. zu kaufen. Ich habe dort am 02.10.2025 ein Nackenkissen online bestellt und die 69,94 € gleich per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Die Bestellbestätigung erschien auch auf dem online-Bildschirm. Eine Bestätigung per Mail - wie angegeben - erhielt ich jedoch nie. Auch das Kissen wurde nicht geliefert, trotz dreimaliger Mailbeschwerde. Offensichtlich sitzt die Firma in Litauen. Anrufe wurden nie angenommen. Unreell und betrügerisch!! Dr. GJG

The company behind Derila Ergo, Ecomit LLC, cannot possibly be legit. I ordered, received confirmation of the order. Was promised delivery within 2 weeks. During that time I received at least one email per day trying to sell me something else, and asking me to rate my product-THAT I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED.
Several email inquires later, they acquiesced to issuing a refund. To date, I have received a PARTIAL refund, as they charged each item separately to my PayPal. I will be contacting PayPal as well, to flag this vendor!

Awful sales lead to a cart you cant see what you are buying when you need to follow with a payment. So i looked up on Trustpilot and see its all a scam anyway. The website is filled with FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS that arent verified. Why bother to put down a decent proffession of chiropractors when the good ones are helping people and do sell pillows far better and cheaper than these. If you dont like your chirorpractor go and find a good one, or osteopath or physiotherapist, theyre all doing the same role, different techniques find what works for you and do let others know about this useless company! POOR MARKETING TACTICS DONT BUY

Ich bin Heilpraktiker und wollte das Kissen meinen Patienten empfehlen. Aber man kann es nicht beutzen - es ist gefährlich. Es ist Kontraproduktiv. Die Halswirbelsäule wird dadurch verdreht, blockiert und somit geschädigt. Es ist nicht kompatibel mit der Anatomie. Erschwerte Retouren.

Nach der Kissenbestellung Frage nach 2-3 Zusatzkissen danach frage nach Staubschutz??? dnach frage nach Thermoüberzug.. endlosenfragenkette bei der man sich leicht verklickt. Alles bestellt...nächsten tag klingelt Telefon ich hätte den Thermoüberzug vergessen.. gerade im Sonderangebot. Hab schon 85 Euro mit Staubnschutz Kissen und Versand hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich nichts bestellt.

This company is quite dreadful.
I ordered 1 pillow & 1 set of white pillow cases. When my order arrived it contained 2 pillows & 3 lots of pillow cases.
It took a lot of perseverance but I managed to speak to someone. A waste of time. I was told that I had to return it at my expense. She just ignored everything I said but told me that she had sent me a return label. She had not. I spent more time emailing & ringing & got a gentleman this time. He was very aggressive & told me that I should have made sure my order was correct after I had made my original order!He then gave me a long & complicated code to download a return label. Of course it didn't work. I am left with a pillow & 2 sets of pillowcases that I didn't order.
The sting in the tail is that you can get this style of pillow online at a fraction of the cost. Even worse, it doesn't help any of my problems.
In spite of a very effective sales pitch this product is a scam.

Received a defective pillow cover. Sent photo of the problem. Requested that I return at my own expense. Postal and tariff fees were higher than value of the pillow cover. Company did not offer to discard and replace.

When I wrote to Derila for a refund they offered me free gifts to keep the pillow. WTF? This how Derila does business? They aren’t in business to sell medically necessary products, but bilk people in need out of their money. It’s predatory!

The following is my response to Derila’s refusal to pay for return shipping on their dubious Ergo pillow. I will be notifying the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regarding the false advertising and serious health hazard the Ergo pillow represents. Over the few nights I used the Ergo, my air supply from my BiPAP was cut off several times, tripling my sleep apnea events. I woke feeling unrested, with headaches, a sore throat. I had to get up in the middle of the night to switch my pillow. Sleep events after my pillow charge dropped by half!

The research on the Ergo does not support Derila’s multiple claims. In fact, the Ergo pillow does quite the opposite, and it’s bad!

I tried to use the Ergo for 3 nights, and they were some of my worst nights in a long time. The pillow kept closing off my BiPAP air supply and loosening the seal on my mask. The pillow is not a one size fits all. It was too big. It threw off my cervical alignment and left me with neck pain, headaches, and a sore throat.

Jeg bestilte min Derila Ergo den 30/08, fik hurtig bekræftelse og sporings nr. dagen efter 01/09 bestilte jeg 2 Derila Ergo Cooling Cover, også hurtig bekræftelse og sporings nr, torsdag den 11/09 kom Derila Ergo Cooling Cover i min postkasse, samme dag sendte jeg en mail til kundeservice jeg kunne ikke spore min Derila, så kikkede jeg på Trust pilot, det var skrammende læsning men 15 min efter fik jeg mail at Derila Ergo var under toldbehandling, lørdag den 13 kl. 13,30 fik jeg sms om at nu var pakken kommet til City Biksen, men jeg kunne først hente den mandag den 15/09. Jeg siger tak for god behandling, men giver kun 4 stjerner jeg syntes 14 dage er lige lidt for lang tid at vente, jeg handler en del på nettet det se sjælden den går over 1 uge med levering.

Bin genauso reingefallen, wie viele andere auch. Ich habe Ware retourniert und nur einen Bruchteil erstattet bekommen. Nach mehreren Beschwerden per Mail und auch einmal über die Hotline (mit einem echten Menschen gesprochen), bekomme ich nun täglich eine Mail von „Anna“(vermutlich KI-generiert),dass ich noch etwas Geduld haben solle, man wartet noch auf eine Rückmeldung des Retourenteams. Ich frage mich, wie schwer kann es sein, 4 Artikel zu zählen!! Ich werde Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstatten.

Anfang August bestellte ich Derila Ergo Kopfkissen plus Überzüge für meine ganze Familie. Leider konnten wir uns nicht ganz mit den Kissen anfreunden, nur ein Familienmitglied möchte den Polster behalten. Nur ein Polster wurde verwendet, die anderen sind original verpackt.
Seit mittlerweile einem Monat versuche ich für die Pölster Rücksendemodalitäten und eine Rücksendeadresse in Erfahrung zu bringen - leider noch immer erfolglos. Eine Bestellbestätigung hatte ich nicht erhalten.
Mein erstes Schreiben sendete ich am 18.8.25 über das auf der Homepage zu findende Kontaktformular - keinerlei Reaktion.
Am 23.8. schrieb ich eine E-mail an den support von Derila - bis heute keinerlei Reaktion.
Am 8. September schrieb ich ein zweites Mal an den support von Derila - bis heute, 14. 9., keinerlei Reaktion.
Auf ein Schreiben an Convenity über den paypalsupport erhielt ich eine automatische computergenerierte Antwort, in der ich um Geduld gebeten werde.
Die Geduld ist mir mittlerweile ausgegangen. Ich werde mich an den Konsumentenschutz wenden oder meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten.

Das allerletzte. Bin auch reingefallen. Zum Glück habe ich nur 1 Kissen bestellt. Falls das irgendwann mal ankommen sollte gebe ich es gleich in den Müll
