I having ordered a product which cost…$102.00

I having ordered a product which cost me $102,00 I tried to cancel as I could of paid from 2 other stores $81.60. But for me it was too late as the order was in progress, I have heard that before also they advertise if you spend $50+ you receive a free sample. I didn't get anything that's false advertising. I rang the store on 1800 659 118
as I didn't receive a reply on my email, I was told that they never got my email, I was explaining to the receptionist my issue but there was no care factor, all she was saying there is nothing I can do. This company has NO service or customer care, they take your money which is overpriced and don't want to know you. I will never deal with this company ever again any complaints are totally ignored.

Commande incomplète et service client très moyen

J’ai passé une commande en utilisant un code promotionnel qui devait me permettre de recevoir quelques cadeaux supplémentaires.

Première déception : la commande est arrivée en retard. Deuxième déception : je n’ai reçu que le produit commandé, sans aucun des avantages annoncés. Pourtant, j’avais signalé le problème immédiatement après le paiement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse du service client à ce moment-là.

Ce n’est qu’une fois la commande livrée que l’on m’a contactée pour me proposer de recommander afin de pouvoir, éventuellement, bénéficier à nouveau de l’offre. J’ai trouvé cette réaction peu élégante. Il aurait été bien plus commercial de simplement envoyer les cadeaux manquants plutôt que de demander à une cliente de repasser commande, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit déjà d’un achat à 113 €.

C’est vraiment dommage, car le produit est magnifique et semble de très bonne qualité. En revanche, je déconseille ce site en raison d’offres mensongère non respectées et d’un service client peu réactif. À ce niveau de prix, de nombreuses marques font tout pour prendre soin de leurs clientes et offrir une expérience irréprochable.

Poor customer service …

The product was ok and I quite liked the texture of the multi vitamin power firm eye cream, it did absolutelynothingfor my eye texture. Sadly the packaging failed and the seam of the tube split meaning the cream would dry out. I approached dermalogica and they said I was outside my 30 day guarantee. So this means the packaging can split and they don't care! Shocking and very disappointing for a reputable company.

We're pleased to hear that you liked the texture of the MultiVitamin Power Firm Eye Cream, although we're sorry to learn that it did not deliver the results you were hoping for and that you experienced an issue with the packaging.

Our guarantee covers products for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. As this product was purchased over six months ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement. In addition, accidental damage to packaging is not covered under our guarantee policy.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, we are always happy to provide support and arrange a replacement where appropriate. We simply ask that any issues are reported as soon as possible after receipt so that we can investigate and resolve them promptly.

We appreciate that this situation has been disappointing. If the tube seam has split, we would recommend decanting the remaining product into a clean tub or container with a secure lid to help prevent the cream from drying out and allow you to continue using the product.

I registered for an event with Dermalogica at Space NK Bluewater

I registered for an event with dermalogica having booked a session in Space Nk in Bluewater and I spent time and money to attend my 10:30 am appointment just to get a "the event is not happening, sorry" with no further explanation.
This was my first and last visit to Space NK and no longer consider Dermalogica trustworthy as they did not event bother to inform about the event not happening.

forever a fan

how the rating is not at 5 stars throughout is beyond me. yes many incredible products have disappeared - phyto replenish oil - I am still getting over that one - but I return time and time again to Dermalogica because the products are just the best. I can try all the new insta influenced stuff, the Korean bits, the supermarket dupes.. but nothing, and I mean NOTHING compares to the quality of Dermalogica and their exceptional customer service. it's rare to find these days and Dermalogica has been consistent in their product, packaging, and care. try the pre-cleanse oil. it's superb.

I purchased the Superfoliant peeling…

I purchased the Superfoliant peeling from the brand Dermalogica. However, the product became moist inside and deteriorated. It turned out that there was a manufacturing defect in the packaging. I had bought the largest size of this product from a skincare center by paying full price. The skincare center has since closed, and they told me to contact the brand directly because this was a production defect.
I explained the situation to the brand and sent photos of the product. They never properly assisted me and kept creating difficulties. Eventually, they accused me of using a counterfeit product. I am absolutely certain that the product is authentic — I have been using it for years, and the batch code and production number were clearly visible.

It is very disappointing that a brand we consider high-quality and trustworthy would accuse its customers in this way. I told them that I would take legal action. After that, they blocked me on all social media accounts and tried to portray me as a problematic customer. I feel that they have subjected me to psychological harassment.

Biolumin-c heat aging protector spf50. It states it’s a daily moisturiser however
I’m not a fan of the thick texture of this moisturiser, it’s more like a sunscreen or block than something to wear under makeup. It’s really expensive so I’ll continue to use it.

Great product but poor packaging

I’ve been using Dermalogica Active Moist for years. I love the product. However, a while back the cap on the tube was changed and it is not as user friendly as before. It’s harder to open and the cream gets stuck in the little circular bit on the cap. It’s also harder to dispense for some reason and you often get more than you need. So, with this new cap, some of the cream gets wasted which is not what you want for a relatively expensive product.
Something that has long bothered me is that there is a security tag on the top opening of the box. However, there is not a security tag on the bottom opening which effectively makes the one on the top totally ineffective. Please add one to the bottom as well.

Decline in customer experience

My Dermalogica account describes me as "Devotee", which I have been for some time, but I've noticed a steady decline in the experience of buying direct from Dermalogica.
It used to be that with most orders there would be some free little sachets of other products to try, sometimes even an unexpected mini with larger orders. Not any more. There used to be free next day delivery, again, not any more. Why a company as big as this can't do free delivery for £200 of product, I don't know.
They don't allow Blue Light Discount to be used with free gifts, even when the customer has spent the required amount to qualify for the free gift, rendering the blue light discount absolutely pointless.
It used to be a really good experience buying from Dermalogica, but in my opinion, it is no longer.
I went elsewhere, found products I wanted, qualified for free gift and got 10% cash back and free delivery.
No point being a loyal customer if you are valued as such.

Ich kann manche kritischen Stimmen nicht bestätigen, einige der Produkte haben mich sehr überzeugt, vor allem das pro Collagen banking serum hat nach meiner Erfahrung einen wirklich sichtbaren Effekt. Ja, teure Markenprodukte aber die Qualität finde ich nicht enttäuschend!

I can see I’m not alone regarding Bad…

I can see I’m not alone regarding Bad Customer Service.
I sent an email to there Customer Service over a week ago and they haven’t bothered to reply, I was going to buy £300 of product but from my experience below and no answer from Customer Service I am not going to bother.

Hi
I have just had a conversation with one of your therapists online and asked for a 4 step routine giving her lots of information about my skin and what I use.
I had the feeling through out that she wasn’t really paying attention to what I was telling her specifically that I use tretinoin 2/3 times weekly and want a routine set around this.
I asked AI for recommendations which made sense when I looked at the products and then told AI about what your therapist recommended 3 of the products she recommended you should not use when using tretinoin.
I’m a little surprised/shocked by these recommendations because it would have caused problems with my skin if I had gone with her recommendations.
It’s really not what I expected from a brand like Dermalogica.

Customer service do not exist

Products are amazing unfortunately I was not lucky and got my product damaged. It is more than week and no answer at all. Looks like customer service do not exist for Dermatologica.. shame will have to find other brand who provide one. I have sent all pictures and clearly all precleanser is gone and box wet. ORDER UK443143 Now have to contact bank for a charge back as still no reply from dermatologica. I believe products are too expensive to leave it as it is
