Had the worst / least relaxing experience ever. I booked a Hydrafacial at the Duke of York spa on their website, and got called a few hours before the appointment saying there had been a bug on the website and my slot wasn’t available so I had to rebook. The first weekend appointment available was two weeks after… anyway, I rebook and go to my appointment. When I arrived, the skin therapist told me the Hydrafacial machine wasn’t working (she couldn’t call / let me know before coming?) so she offered two alternative facials… both very different from the one I had picked, but still I chose one (I had come all the way to Chelsea anyway). To my surprise, this took place on a chair in the middle of the shop while customers were coming in and out to buy products, talk etc so it was completely not relaxing. The facial also included extractions but my nose was still full of blackheads, and the skin therapist tried justifying this by saying it was difficult to extract them (hence why I came to get a facial maybe?). After all of this, not offered apologies nor discount nor products (I bought some full price!). A terrible experience, what was supposed to be a relaxing morning turned out to be a waste of money - wouldn’t recommend, won’t go back

No customer support and website functionality shocking! Only way to try a product is to sign up for a prescription which apparently can be cancelled at any time. Not enjoying the product so tried cancelling rhe prescription and you can't. So I emailed customer support - no response. I called and was told mailbox is full and no one to take my call. Considering registering them as a scam with my bank.

Called the suggested number again. This time I got through to a person who immediately deactivated the subscription. Thank you.

I have been using Dermalogica for a few years and have spent what I consider not an insignificant amount of money with them. Products are great generally but if/when you do have a problem or query, their customer service is shockingly bad and impersonal and that’s if you even get a reply!!! Think it’s time to move on.

I had high hopes for the Invisible Physical Defense Mineral Sunscreen SPF30, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations.

Skin Irritation: Both my wife and I experienced itchiness and pimples after using this product. We had to discontinue its use due to the discomfort and skin reactions.

White Residue: Additionally, the sunscreen leaves a visible white stain on the skin. This was disappointing, especially since the product is described as 'invisible.'

Customer Support: I reached out to customer service to see if I could return the product. They advised that I would need to return it to the airport where I originally purchased it. This is highly inconvenient and doesn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Overall, I can't recommend this product due to the negative skin reactions we experienced and the lack of effective customer support.

Vitamin c serum and moisture both are really good.
It make my skin looks very hydrate and skins rash and dryness both have gone within two days of use.
I used Dermalogica14 years ago first time and don’t know why I discontinued, it was good then and still they are good.

I ordered on thursday next day delivery its now tuesday and no sign!

Dermalogica skin care products are excellent - they work well, they do 'what it says on the tin'. Customer care is excellent - online orders arrive promptly and in beautifully eco-friendly packaging.

I’ve only been using some of their products for about a week and the difference in my skin is insane . I’m using the pre cleanse , face wash , moisturiser and toner .. and just WOW . Initially they seem expensive compared to some products but you only need to use a very small amount of the products each time so overall I don’t think it will work out to be expensive at all . My only regret is not using them sooner !

Good products, though pricey. However, the company seems firmly committed to taking dumb decisions and discontinuing their best products, such as the Multivitamin Power serum. A while ago they have a fabulous treatment foundation, and of course, they discontinued it and replaced it with something thin and watery with a dark tint.
