Dark Spot Solutions kit…
I purchased the Dark Spot Solutions kit back in January for my holiday at end of April alongside other products that I use. I'm extremely disappointed with the SPF as I only used it on four times and the bottle was empty, not sure if I got a faulty one. I emailed the Customer Service team on 25th April to raise this and I received a reply to my email on 1st May while I was on holiday asking for my order number so this could be looked in to. I emailed them back with my order number the same day, it is now the 13th May and I still have not received a reply.
Extremely disappointed in the Customer Service, I have used Dermalogica for several years but due to the poor service, this puts me off ordering anything else.

Dermalogica are back scamming Salon/Spa…
Dermalogica are back scamming Salon/Spa professional customers with "Autoship", a system where they send you products and then invoice you without you ever placing an order. We opted out of this scam but they Dermalogica have decided to opt us back in again just to cause me grief and waste my time.
They never answer the phones so if you have a technical or billing query you're screwed!!
We're going to find another skincare provider for our salon.....I suggest you do the same.

First time order - never again
First time order. Spent over £200 and was offered a selection of samples. Only to notice that I actually was charged for them. Saw then that I could not amend or cancel the order. Apparently you have to wait for delivery and then return. Absolutely disgusted. No reply and no getting through by phone. So if something goes wrong, they take your money and you're pretty much on your own and have no way to get it sorted.

Holy grail products
I had an online consultation with Charlotte, we talked about my skin type and concerns and charlotte compiled a complete skincare routine,highlighting products for my skin concerns, and linked all for easier access. Unfortunately I found purchasing direct from dermalogica would have been a much higher total spend so purchased all from another well known trusted online retailer for a fraction of the cost.
I have to say the difference to my skin in just over 2 weeks of using is absolutely phenomenal. Being a sufferer of hormonal breakouts which take a life to heal before being hit by the next lot my confidence was on the floor, I avoided leaving the house (working from home means I don't have to however I missed out on nursery drop offs) my skin now is brighter and clearer and I just feel like me again!

Fabulous customer service
Bought a travel size set from a retailer and the toner was leaking. Wasn’t worth a 70 mile round trip to return when there nothing wrong with the other products. Contacted customer service who were so helpful, Tori was the agent and organised for a new product to be sent out straight away and they even upgraded the size. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase Dermalogica again after the Excellent customer service!

Having been a user of dermalogica for a number of years due to sensitive skin I decided to try the new stabilizing cream. It was awful. Made my skin extremely red and blotchy exact opposite of what it promised. I contacted dermalogica direct but they really don’t give a damn. Such poor customer service from what is a premium product.
A reply some 5 months later! What an absolute insult just shows no customer care or service

Could not be more satisfied. After a wonderful online consultation, I made an error with my order which was rapidly sorted out with one very quick phone call. Adore the products; great customer service to go along with them. Massively recommend.

Disappointed in Customer Service
I absolutely love the Dermalogica products, however have recently been extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I had accrued reward points and had been saving these until I needed a replacement product. I have gone onto my account and the points have now expired, despite not receiving an email notifying me of this and Dermalogica are now refusing to reinstate the points. This is really deterring me repurchasing in the future! They have also stopped doing the samples when checking out through their website so no longer have the opportunity to trial new products.

I spent £200 on products after hearing…
I spent £200 on products after hearing great reviews, needless to say I wish I didn’t bother. They made my skin a lot worse, I know your skin has a purge but not after nearly 2 months of use. I also left a review on the website but it hadn’t been shown, so they basically only show the good reviews, pretty poor if you ask me. I would not recommend these products,,l save your money.

They are good products there is no doubt but to continue to keep up a good skin routine with these products at £96 just for a moisturiser is getting ridiculous. Just not sustainable for people on an average wage!
Great products
Dermalogica products are the only ones that leave my skin feeling healthy. I’ve tried many alternatives and haven’t found anything close. Great products and would highly recommend giving Dermalogica a try if you want healthy skin
Very efficient/easy to order
Very efficient/easy to order. Quick delivery. Nicely packaged. Products have a nice smell and have a quality feel. Reminds me of being in the salon. Product size is a lot smaller than expected so probably quite expensive for size/value for money. Would have been nice to have some free samples of other products.
Stay clear of the Duke of York Square…
Stay clear of the Duke of York Square store! The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I booked two facials for myself and my mum (a ProBright30 and a ProFirm30) over the phone and explained I wanted them 30 minutes apart. I paid the £40 deposit and was then charged £180 on arrival as the assistant had mistakenly booked us in for 60 minute facials. I explained that the price should be £110 and after around 20 minutes of the staff conferring, was told that the £180 would be refunded in 3-5 days. I then paid the £110, no apology was given for the booking error and I was made to feel incredibly awkward by the staff. It's now 10 days later and I still haven't received the £180 refund.
A week after the appointments, I phoned the Duke of York Square store to follow up on the refund and was shocked at the patronising attitude of the staff member I spoke to. When I explained the situation, I was told that I was speaking to the assistant that had made my appointment and that her colleagues had told her that I "had changed my mind on the day". When I corrected her and said I had booked the 30 minute treatments I was told "yeah well you need to be really clear about these things". What??? Is it not the responsibility of the staff to make bookings correctly?! I felt totally belittled. She then told me that the refund had been processed, there was nothing more she could do and to give it 7 working days.
Have still not received my refund or a single apology from any staff member. Will not be back, despite the spa therapist being very nice and the actual treatment being enjoyable.
No customer service
No customer service and what’s looks to be a ghost Irish website. With a few hundred euro of products in my basket I saw that despite ordering through the .ie website the products were being shipped from the UK.
I emailed to check if I would be liable for Irish customs charges- twice! Six days later im still waiting for an answer!
Why have a .ie website if Irish customers are going to be charged more than buying the same products through an Irish company?
