Their trial to subscription conversion happend in an unethical fashion. When I messaged them about the fact that I am not using their service and I'd like my money back, they refused; so I am disputing their charges.

Horrible customer-service, avoid if possible!

Wrong design was provided for download and the company refused to provide the correct download. Silver lining, i've now found much better software for designing logos, which highlights how basic this company software is and how little they care about their customers getting a good product (or even the right one).

I had to give them one star as there is nothing lower, they charged me £24 and didn't give me any extra features. If we look at the tool itself it is the degraded version of canva

First of all, I was very disappointed with the results. Which is still fine, given that I didn't expect AI to do much anyway and I was using the free trial after all. But when I tried to cancel my trial, the site won't even let me do it. Clicking the 'My Plan' option keeps bringing up a pop-up message "Error, No response from server. Please refresh and try again later" which does not go away no matter how many times you click the cross. This is the kind of thing that happens before you forget to cancel your subscription and end up paying for a service you know you have no use for.

Can’t even process videos. Wait hours and was locked. Total waste of my time.

No clear way to delete my account.

Insufficient designs, only a rotating catalog of prebuild templates. No AI anywhere. Minimum 5 spam mails per week. And, as others said, no button for account deletion. You have to write them a mail, where the estimated response time is about a week. Stay away. There is nothing of use here.

There is no way to delete your account and the terms of service are misleading. Since hours i search for an option to delete my account but there isnt an option.

Watch out!! Its made as a lure to harvest your bank details and hook you on a payment that you can not cancel.
There is no way to DELETE your account. Once you enter your card details there is no way to stop them to withdraw your money!
for a 25 Euro a month(!!!) there is nothing useful. You can go to CANVA for 11Euro and have hundreds of times more value.

This company somehow gained access to my debit card and charged me $228 I’m currently going through dispute claims, funny I’ve never heard of this company but they charge me that ridiculous amount of money. Very shady business and has not returned my emails regarding this. Avoid

Asked for a demo multiple times and kept being asked how many employees I have and what my budget was (it's a subscription service so no idea why any of this is information is needed). Will seek an alternative service. Avoid.
