My experience with Destination Beauty was fabulous! I’m super happy with the results of my neck and mid facelift and cannot fault the Staff at both the hospital, nurses station and hotel. Everything flowed fairly easily with just a few considerations in regards to language. He sure to have a translate app on your phone to be able to communicate your needs well to the nursing staff in those first couple of days after surgery. I also found the unexpected surprise of making some lovely new friends at the hotel and being supported by some from around the world all there for their own personal reasons. 10/10 for Destination beauty!

An amazing and wonderful experience with Destination Beauty. YOU ALL made my journey a very special and successful one. From the DB drivers, Somerset Hotel staff, porters, cleaners and can't forget the beautiful every morning breakfasts were delicious. 🙏

Overall near perfect time
Overall everything was fine once I arrived in Thailand.
The accomodation was excellent, although despite them knowing I was arriving, I had to wait more than 2 hrs in the lobby before my room was ready. After coming from New Zealand that was disappointing.
The care at the hospital and after my release was excellent. I missed two of the afternoon teas as I was unaware of these.
There was one thing that did spoil the visit a tiny amount .
My contact person prior to arrival in Thailand. Felt like ok I was hooked, paid the money etc felt like I was dumped then. She would state looking forward to meeting you etc, never heard from her. I had a gift for her, to thank her but since I never even got a quick hello, gift given to another person .
By the way, one of the porters Kit, a sheer delight, he remembered my name, room number, always a smile (which at the staff did), so helpful.

4 months later
4 months later, and I still have not recovered from mid facelift and under eye. Puffy and swollen throughout. The problem with going to Thailand for surgery is there is NOTHING they will do to help re complications. They have your money and no longer their problem. My friends and I all experienced ongoing hospitalisation in Australia and infection. They will gaslight everyone who reviews them negatively so they can just get the public to see the best ones

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you are still experiencing ongoing swelling and discomfort four months after your procedures. Prolonged recovery can be emotionally and physically distressing, and we understand how frustrating and isolating that can feel — especially when recovery does not follow the expected timeline.
That said, we do need to respectfully clarify several points in your review, as they do not reflect the full reality of our efforts to support you.
Our patient support team has made multiple attempts to engage with you via our helpdesk, which is our formal and documented channel for post-operative care. Unfortunately, the last four messages sent by our team were either unanswered or responded to with threats and abusive language, and offers of continued assistance were declined. We have consistently requested specific medical information so that our clinical team could properly assess and advise — this information has not been provided.
We take any suggestion of “gaslighting” very seriously, and we categorically reject this claim. We have extensive experience supporting patients through complex and prolonged recoveries, including coordinating with overseas doctors where needed. However, effective medical support requires open, two-way communication. Without engagement, we are limited in what we can responsibly do.
We remain open to constructive dialogue and support. As stated in our most recent correspondence, we again provided you with a direct helpdesk ticket link to ensure easy access to care. That offer still stands.
It is never our approach to abandon a patient — but it is not possible to assist when support is repeatedly refused. We sincerely hope you choose to re-engage so we can work toward a resolution together.

I was very sceptical and nervous to go overseas for my surgery but I am so glad I did.
The process from start to end was fairly smooth. Everything was organised before I got there from airport transfers to all the hospital transfers, accommodation etc.
Going overseas allowed me extra time to recover by myself before flying home to my family.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Full hearted recommend Destination Beauty
Destination Beauty is a very popular Thailand destination for weight loss and many esthetic surgeries and it's not by chance. This team operates out of a 5 star private hospital Samitivej and the entire process is immaculately organized and their team. My only hiccups that happened along the way I believed is because of misunderstandings because of English barrier - many staff are not fluent in English and that is to be expected when you travel overseas. Most important is that Destination Beauty being located in a 5 star massive hospital which has emergency department for peace of mind. Only complication I witnessed was on a patient who didn't follow doctor advice and totally ignored their advice of post care and wearing a support 24/7. Destination Beauty was recommended to me by a friend and after experiencing I can full hearted recommend to everyone. Dr Narong is exceptional for weight loss surgery and his English, approach, communication and care is top.

Great experience from the beginning. Awesome, efficient communication from all involved.The whole process went smoothly. I would recommend Destination Beauty to anyone interested in getting Cosmetic Surgery. I was delighted with the care and compassion they showed when I was in their care. My only disappointment was I did not get my Bariatric Sleeve Sooners. I have been delighted with my weight loss thus far.

Safe and professional
I had the best experience with Destination Beauty, from the first enquiry to the aftercare. Kate was just brilliant and very quick to respond; she was just a superstar at arranging every detail, and I am so impressed with the level of service and care. The hotel was beautiful, and the service was 5-star; everyone was very attentive. The hospital was modern, super clean and staffed with professional and very caring staff. I felt very safe and cared for. The surgeon, Dr NJ, was very good. He did exactly what I asked for, and the results are fantastic (it is 5 weeks post-op, and I am very happy with the scars). Dr NJ and staff followed up on my recovery and made me feel safe after the operation by giving advice on wound care and reassurance on the recovery process.

Great results from a very professional company…
Very organised group with up front pricing and heaps of good reviews from happy clients. Plenty of before and after photos so you can see real results.
My experience exceeded my expectations. Obviously there are possible complications with any surgery and going overseas for the procedure was a bit daunting but the lovely staff were so kind and patient and all went smoothly. My original surgeon became ill before my procedure but my personal representative Mew quickly organised another surgeon for me and I had no delays. So happy with the results and found the whole thing great value for money and the care I received in hospital and while recovering back at the hotel was fantastic. I travelled solo and many people were concerned about this but no need as the Thai people are lovely and went out of their way to look after me.

When getting the procedure done the surgeon Dr Angkhana was so informative and willing to make changes even 30 mins before surgery, after care was great nurses are so kind and patient and give good advice
