Destination beauty are so professional. Any questions you have and reservations you have are quickly answered and resolved. I attended for work 10 years ago and again in October with no regrets.

I had suffered traumatic medical negligence in an Australian hospital so I made sure to do my homework regarding surgery on home shores or abroad, as you can imagine, I was scared, but with all the positive reviews and before/after photos I chose destination beauty, I could not recommend nor speak more highly of my surgeons, Dr Weerachai for arm lift, mons lift and ETT and Dr Ring for my turkey neck, my results are outstanding and I am beyond happy with my overall treatment, aftercare and healing. I’ve even booked for round 2 for a breast lift and will be returning in April.
The whole experience was so rewarding and absolutely amazing, from the airport pick up, to the door men at the hotel, the surgeons and beautiful nurses to the whole team at Destination Beauty, the treatment you receive is above and beyond.

Destination Beauty was a great experience for me. Everything was organised from being picked up from the airport to the hotel, transfers to appointments and the hospital. It was amazing. I didn't have to worry about anything. I felt safe the whole time I was in Bangkok and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone wanting surgery abroad to contact Destination Beauty.

Right from the start of organising everything with Destination beauty that simply made everything east and stress free. Fantastic caring staff, around the clock with whatever was needed after op , always making sure i was happy. I loved how they took care of everything. All I had to do was show up.

I had a facelift, neck lift, and chin lift, upper bleph and endoscopic brow lift through Destination Beauty, and my overall experience was excellent. The company was professional, well organized, and supportive throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and reassuring.

While I only met with the doctor prior to surgery and not afterward, this did not take away from the overall quality of care. A post-operative follow-up with the doctor would have been an added reassurance, but I was still very satisfied with the experience and the service provided.

The nurses are amazing. Some are a bit rough but it was what I needed to be able to get up out of bed after surgery. The staff in the office were very helpful and the drivers were nice.

My experience with Destination Beauty was nothing but extremely professional. Both doctors and nurses were caring and couldn’t do enough for you. The hospital was so new and clean, rooms very spacious. The hotel too was very clean, very comfortable to be living in for my recovery. Restaurants on the doorstep, pharmacy extremely close, fabulous markets not far away, several large shopping centres 5 mins on a TukTuk. Buffet breakfast was great, missing all the yummy food. My op went very smoothly, I’m now back home healing quite quickly, would pick Destination Beauty again in a heart beat.

Beautiful experience and wonderful staff. The moment you step off the plane to see them waiting for you is just magic. They even escort you to the checkin counter when you go home.

I’ve been with DB twice before and this time around was 10/10 experience, my previous time was 10/10 but this was even better.

My costs kept increasing from the moment I arrived, first hospital DB booked, surgeon cancelled operations claiming he was given the wrong information regarding my BMI by the nurse who did my test results which all came to an EXTRA $7K which that facility insisted I pay before being able to leave.

The surgeon said if he had been given the correct information he would have seen me & halted the tests, & said he would recommend a gastric band, then return to Thailand at a later date for the other surgeries I wanted, & that he would not be happy to go ahead.

In essence, as a nurse could not enter numbers into a screen correctly, I was forced to pay more money ( I had paid everything up front before arriving in the country). I was also stressed, subjected to medical tests twice, totally unnecessary and given conflicting information.

I was sent back to DB head nurse the following day who reassessed me and said this was untrue and that instead of refunding me my money I should not have been overcharged, they would instead offer me add on procedures for a better outcome.

So I ended up paying far more than I intended, had a mons lift and muscle repair underneath from where my children made themselves at home with extended tummy tuck and and breast reduction and lift, and liposuction on a small area on each side, however I’m dubious this was done as I had no bruising and no soreness in any of the two areas I supposedly had fat taken from.

Regarding my breast reduction and lift, I have incisions up into my armpits with stitches that look like they were done by someone with no care for aesthetics, it looks awful.

I started at 16DD, three months later I am a 16D with skin splitting under from the middle of the T juncture of each breast continuing all the way to under my under arms, for the gain of half a cup size I have gaping holes in my breasts where the stitches are pushing up through my skin as my body seems to not like them faster than I can dissolve them. I paid 11k for the loss of half a cup size.

I contacted the DB team for help and was told to put steri strips and keep the sterile washes going…. I was way ahead and beyond them by then and on my third round of antibiotics and using the aid of my fantastic nurses back here, whom were following my GP’s and trying everything to keep things sterile and the plug the holes that were forming where the stitches were pushing up and through to try and stop them enlarging- but, thanks guys.

So to date, no info or help or decent offer of repartition or desire to aid in any way has been made, no enquiry as to the outcome, and of course it is getting worse and no further responses from Destination Beauty have been received. ( read as much with other reviews here re anything negative ).

My own summation was once they got literally every dollar they could from me, and I’d gone through with the surgeries, the “proverbial wing I was informed I was being taken under for all the mistakes prior from head nurse in the office in the bottom of the older Hospital in Thailand, well it swiftly tucked itself efficiently away, and said nurse glamorously went off to reassure some other trusting person that they were in caring hands, silly little sausages some of us must seem like.

I am genuinely perplexed at the continued handling of people whom are genuinely great customers as you are only as good as your reputation, and I won’t be recommending DB, but I will the other company I used last year.

I want to say however that the Accommodation was faultless as was everyone I encountered there, however I am bitterly disappointed with the company themselves and with how I’ve been left.

I have realistic expectations given my field of work, so it’s not even as if I am being unfair.

It is also hard that I literally used every last cent of my super for both surgeries to improve how difficult physically my working years have been, as I am in pain with my breasts and their weight, they impact my back significantly, being a nurse myself, and I was really looking forward to a fresh new chapter.

I am not thrilled that I now am having to go to see a plastic surgeon here to see what needs to be done to see what can be done regarding the mess I’m in atm, which I have zero dollars for, and try and get help somehow. My GP has said it is beyond him now.

After that I will have to save years to try and get it fixed, and be working in pain again while I wait.

I do not recommend Destination Beauty for this reason.

My experience with Destination Beauty was great from the first time I used the for my gastric sleeve to my weight loss surgery. They always made sure I knew all I needed to know. My surgery in Bangkok was so easy due to all the care you received in hospital and at the hotel. I would recommend them to everyone who have gone through major weight loss.

I would look at every person who had a makeover and say to myself.... one day. Then I was like, nope, I want this so much so going to just do it. Best decision I ever did! Destination Beauty is so organised, so caring and the whole process just flowed so easily. I was looked after from the staff at the hospital to the staff at the hotel. It honestly was the best experience of my life. My breasts are perfect and my tummy tuck was even better than I imagined. Stop saying one day. Embrace the experience. There will be some pain but stay positive because the road ahead is amazing!! Can't fault anything about this company - Five stars

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Destination Beauty from start to finish. From the very first enquiry, the client management and communication with Noon was exceptional—she was responsive, reassuring, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.

Dr. Weerachai was incredibly professional, skilled, and thorough. I felt confident and well cared for every step of the way, and the results and attention to detail truly reflect his expertise.

A special mention to Brey, who was absolutely amazing during my recovery. She consistently checked up on me, made sure I was feeling okay, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and supported. That level of care made such a difference.

Top to bottom, the entire experience was outstanding. I felt genuinely looked after and would highly recommend Destination Beauty to anyone considering treatment. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive and reassuring experience!

I had breast augmentation revision surgery, replacing 27yr old implants. The experience was so much more manageable than my first experience here in Sydney.

At Destination Beauty I was fully supported and enjoyed every moment of my stay in Bangkok. The hotel was luxurious with wonderful friendly staff.

The hospital stay was terrific. Nurses were lovely and use of pain meds and anti nausea drugs very good compared to my first time with no pain management and no assistance with the nausea. I was very happy with Dr K. My breasts are much fuller and nicer now, so as am very happy with the results.

I felt fully supported my entire trip and the nurses and staff at Destination Beauty were always happy to answer questions or help in any way.

I meet many lovely ladies during my time in Bangkok and everyone was extremely happy with their results and their experience.

I would definitely go back should I ever need anything else done and would definitely recommend Destination Beauty for all your cosmetic surgery needs. They were truly fantastic.

Experience was definitely different…staff plus patients who have had their procedure/s done put my mind at ease.. my husband was my support person not sure how I would have handled it without him.. If I needed help with anything my husband would follow up with Destination Beauty Staff who in turn assisted where possible…

Destination Beauty were fabulous ,they organised everything which takes all your pre surgery jitters away 😁the staff were fabulous and all this made the whole experience exciting and fun ..I will definately go back when needed loved Dr NJ and I have recommended many friends to go to Destination Beauty.I worked in Medical Operating Theatres for 14 plus years and The Hospital and service in Thailand was 5 plus stars all the way .

I had an awesome experience with the destination team and my surgeon, I was in bangkok for two months and throughout the process I was checked in on, the care and respect was absolutely brilliant, there was one mistake happen and this was rectified promptly and with respect. The hotel was wonderful and close to a road with a good few restaurants and bars, destination did high tea and an afternoon tea which were lovely to attend. I would recommend using destination beauty, my surgeon we Dr ring. He was absolutely brilliant just want to throw a big thanks out to brey she was so amazing and caring.

I had been reading about Destination Beauty for 2-3 years and following the success stories. I had breast augmentation and lift by Dr Angkana. I was more convinced when a colleague mentioned about her surgery. I felt motivated to take the leap. I sent through the enquiry form and photographs. I received a response pretty fast and things started moving quickly.

I was received at the airport by Destination Beauty staff.

My stay at Somerset hotel was pleasant. The location is the best thing. We could step out daily for massages, good eateries around, money exchange and 7 Eleven stores closely.

The hotel staff, including the concierge guys were very respectful, helpful and efficient. They would not let us carry bags. They would assist each time. The breakfast was superb and the juices at the foyer were delicious. We looked forward to having it daily.

The drivers who transported us were prompt each time. Everything was planned well and when i asked to be seen by nurse 1day earlier, it was accommodated well. The nurses were great at the hospital. The surgeon, Dr Angkana was fabulous and very thorough. Though I only met her 2hours before the surgery, she was very thorough in explaining my situation and procedure she would need to perform. It was nice to have the anaesthetician to introduce himself before the surgery.

The only thing is that my surgery was rescheduled from 20 to 22 September. I had already purchased my tickets and sent it over. The surgeon did not appear to know this. My stitches were removed on 8th day instead of the usual 10th day.
I also noticed language bearer with the nurses at the hospital that I was given heads-up with. I used translation app at times to ensure that we were clear on what we were discussing. There was no language bearer with the surgeon.

Overall my experience was A++. I am nearly 3 months post surgery and my recovery has been on track. While I have not been receiving any followup from Destination Beauty, I keep asking if I'm unsure about anythng. They have been great with prompt reply.

Overall, I am about 80% pleased with the outcome. The staff were amazing and always helpful, even if language barriers made communication a little difficult at times.
I met many lovely people at the hotel and during the hospital checkup transfers, which made me feel more comfortable with the decision I had made.
I was a bit disappointed that I did not have an in-person assessment with the doctor beforehand and only met him for five minutes before going into theatre. It felt somewhat like a production line, and I didn’t feel I had the opportunity to ask for his opinion or discuss the procedure in detail as this may have made a difference to the final outcome. I did meet with his nurse, who was lovely, but it was not quite the same as speaking directly with the surgeon.
I would absolutely recommend the hospital and staff—everyone was so kind and patient. The hotel was also very good, with spacious apartments and great food and service. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs, as there is quite a lot of downtime during recovery with plenty of time to watch movies.
