Ashlie and the team were extremely helpful in getting me setup with everything I needed. I had several questions and she was thorough and patient throughout the process.

We have been DFW Security customers for years. We decided it was time to change out our battery backup but were having trouble with the keypad after changing it out. They sent a service tech right away and he got us up and running and did a system check while he was here. Great folks.

The Tech was very informative. Did a thorough job of taking care of the issue within a timely manner.

Service was excellent in diagnosing our issue, which resulted in a new and improved panel. Caleb the gentleman that did the installation, was so very nice, polite and knowledgeable.

I selected DFW Security over ADT because I've heard great things for years about them. Unfortunately, I Still have unresolved issues with my system. I'm just asking that DFW Security resolve these issues, because my parents rely GREATLY on their medical panic alarms due to their dementia diagnosis. The peace of mind I have knowing that these buttons are easily pushed to summon help during an emergency is indescribable. My siren inside the house still doesn't work (for audible burg/fire) and I would like to know how to resolve the 11 minute lag time (between alarm trigger and monitoring phone call.). I don't want to end our new relationship on bad terms, I have faith in DFW Security still. Can we work together to get these small issues resolved? My parents (some of the last of the best people in the world) are counting on you. Please help

Everyone I spoke to was very polite and kind very knowledgeable of your whole system, professional quick response. The service team was also excellent. They were on time and called me a hour before time to let me get home .

Employees are great but the company nickels and dimes you to death. My prior security company was much more affordable and transparent.

ive only had one issue in the three years we have had the system. I called and was walked thru how to correct most of the issue over the phone. There was one item that required a repair-at no charge to me. The technician went thru the entire system when he arrived and checked everything, he didnt just replace the one sensor that had failed. Solid service over the phone and in person.

The technician was very quick, and I was able to make it to work without taking any time-off.
