The House is localed in a very charming area, nice hills around , beautiful landscape. The terrasse is very nice and the swimming pool is marvellous. But the house is not very cosy and friendly. Lots if equipments in the kitchen are not very up to date (fridge is really noisy, the fireplace is not easy to use, the coffee machine is very old style, no oven, very few equipments in the kitchen to cook). No accessories to play in the pool (balls, rackets, inflating toys …) . The main room is quite sad , the pool is using all the space for nothing, would be nicer to have more sofas to lay around and spend cosy times. Rooms are really warm at night without air conditioning. Equipments are missing, we’d love to find more books, games Bluetooth loudspeakers instead of a very old style HIFI equipment with no connectivity on smartphones. Finally the gate could be motorized.

Regarding the air conditioning and some of the amenities you mentioned, we would like to clarify that these facilities are not currently available at the villa and are not listed among the amenities provided in the property's description. Therefore, they were not part of the services offered and were included in the information available at the time of booking. Nevertheless, we are happy to take your suggestions into consideration and will share your comments with the owner, so that we can assess where and how the guest experience could be further improved.
As for the style of the furnishings and the layout of the spaces, these are characteristics linked to the nature and identity of Villa Monica, which can naturally be perceived differently by each guest.

Die absolute Ruhe - Sauberkeit - Freundlichkeit - hilfsbereit , genug Parkplätze- Klima Anlage top, Betten sind gut - genug Platz für alle - wir waren zu 7 Personen …….der Pool ist sauber - ein Kühlschrank am Pool die Dusche - die liegen - alles absolut in Ordnung.

Villa Colombaia
Dies war unsere zweite Buchung über DH Villas. Der Buchungsprozess verlief komplikationslos und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr gut. Vor Ort hat uns der Eigentümer Beniamino sehr herzlich empfangen und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes per WhatsApp immer zu erreichen. Unser Auto (ein Nissan NV300) hatte leider leichte Schwierigkeiten den letzten Anstieg direkt vor dem Haus zu bewältigen, aber letztendlich sind wir immer oben angekommen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und natürlich ein absolutes Muss im (Hoch-)Sommer. Der Ausblick ist natürlich das Highlight und absolut einmalig! Die Wohnung oben ist großzügig, die Wohnung unten bauartbedingt jedoch etwas dunkel und vornehmlich zum Schlafen geeignet. Alles in allem hätte es eine wunderbare Woche sein können, wären da nicht die 10 (!) Katzen gewesen, die mir die Erholung leider überwiegend genommen haben. Ich bin da zugegebenermaßen etwas zarter besaitet als andere möglicherweise, aber für mein Empfinden waren die älteren, aber vermutlich dennoch noch juvenilen Katzen (von den 10 insgesamt waren 4 Kitten und eines ein Mini-Kitten) sehr dünn. Vor allem die Mutterkatze der 4 Kitten. Ich würde mir sehr wünschen, wenn man einige der Katzen kastrieren lassen würde, damit es in einem halben Jahr nicht noch mehr sind. Natürlich sind sie alle zuckersüß und meine Kinder waren, wie auch ich, komplett verliebt. Leider jedoch haben sie unser Auto als Spiel- und Schlafplatz entdeckt und sind auch von unten über eine offene Stelle Richtung Motorraum geklettert. Dem kleinsten der Kitten, welches täglich unter dem Auto geschlafen hatte, war die Gefahr des Autos anscheinend leider nicht bewusst. Selbst bei laufendem Motor rannte es nicht weg. Ich hatte immer furchtbare Angst, dass wir eine der Katzen versehentlich überfahren würden. Auch mache ich mir große Sorgen, dass eine der Katzen im Pool ertrinken könnte. Last but not least möchte ich alle Urlauber dringend bitten, keine Mücken Verdampfer zu nutzen, da der darin enthaltene Wirkstoff Prallethrin schon in geringsten Mengen giftig bis tödlich für Katzen ist! Ähnliche Wirkstoffe (Permethrin, Deltamethrin) finden sich auch in Wespenspray oder Ameisenmitteln oder den Steckdosen-Verdampfern, die man im Haus verwendet. Sogar Mückenspray mit Icaridin ist giftig, bitte nicht in Anwensenheit von Katzen damit einsprühen. So, nun habe ich leider ganz viel über die Katzen gesprochen. Wer da weniger zart besaitet ist als ich und sich einfach nur erfreuen kann an den süßen Katzen, der wird eine schöne Zeit in Villa Colombaia verbringen!

Wir haben Ihre Anmerkungen bezüglich der Katzen aufmerksam gelesen. Die Villa Colombaia befindet sich in einer ländlichen Umgebung, und es kann vorkommen, dass sich einige Katzen aus der Umgebung dem Anwesen nähern, insbesondere da sie gelegentlich auch von Gästen gefüttert werden. Wir verstehen Ihre Bedenken jedoch sehr gut und werden uns bemühen, unsere Gäste künftig stärker dafür zu sensibilisieren, damit ein Verhalten gefördert wird, das dem Schutz und Wohlbefinden der Tiere zugutekommt.
Was den letzten Abschnitt der Zufahrtsstraße betrifft, handelt es sich um eine typische unbefestigte Straße in ländlicher Umgebung, auf der sicherlich eine etwas vorsichtigere Fahrweise erforderlich ist. Wir haben jedoch bisher keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zur Unterkunft festgestellt.
Wir schätzen es sehr, dass Sie die vielen positiven Aspekte der Villa Colombaia wahrgenommen und zu schätzen gewusst haben.

We had a wonderful week at Casa San…
We had a wonderful week at Casa San Francesco and were extremely impressed with both DH Villas and our host, Gian Marco.
From the initial booking right through to checking out, DH Villas were helpful, courteous and very responsive. As a group of 11 – eight adults and three older children – there were inevitably various questions to sort out before and during our stay, and they were always happy to help, whether we needed advice about arranging airport taxis, restaurant recommendations or other practical information. It really felt as though there was someone on hand if we needed anything.
Gian Marco met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome, explaining everything we needed to know. The delicious fruit torts and bottle of wine waiting for us were a particularly lovely touch after our journey. The pool was also checked and cleaned every other day, although we were told this could be arranged differently if we preferred.
The villa itself is in the most beautiful setting, with wonderful views towards Monte Subasio. Assisi is only a short drive away and we enjoyed a morning exploring the town – coincidentally the day before the Pope was visiting nearby Santa Maria degli Angeli! For the rest of our week, though, we were very happy simply enjoying the house and its surroundings. There were many other options for activities and excursions or a private chef, all of which DH Villas offered to arrange if we wished.
The pool was absolutely perfect for our group, with easy steps into the water and a good depth throughout. Many hours were spent playing pool volleyball, probably our favourite holiday activity apart from sitting around the table sharing meals together!
We made very good use of the outdoor spaces too. The covered veranda and large outside dining table were perfect for long lunches and evening meals while enjoying the views. We used the barbecue and even managed to master the wood-fired pizza oven, which was great fun and one of the highlights of the week.
Inside, the villa is very spacious, with plenty of room in the bedrooms and communal areas for a large group. We visited during very hot weather and really appreciated the air conditioning and additional fans, which kept the house comfortably cool.
Most of all, we appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. From the moment we arrived, Gian Marco and DH Villas made us feel relaxed, well looked after and confident that we were going to have a lovely week – and we certainly did.
We are already missing Casa San Francesco and its beautiful Umbrian views. Thank you to Gian Marco and everyone at DH Villas for such an enjoyable stay. We hope the next guests enjoy it every bit as much as we did!

Villa Silvia 14: A great experience
First the personel of DHVilla were always very responsive an cooperative for all my requests before arriving at the place. After arrived, even if some failures occured, they were all solved where possible swiftly an kindly by the "concierge". Very responsive, usefull and kind service form the concierge.
Fo the house itself, nicely placed on top of the hill in Marche, betwen "bianche strade" (your car will be "bianche" also ;-). The house has everything needed even for 14 people. Surely I would warmly recommend it for a successfull stay.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la villa Malu. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, elle est bien équipée, et la piscine offre un vrai confort. L’environnement est reposant et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la région. Toutefois, certains éléments pourraient être améliorés afin de rendre l’expérience vraiment parfaite et conforme aux standards de qualité attendus. Notre intention est de partager une critique constructive pour aider à optimiser le confort des futurs vacanciers.
L’accès à la villa pourrait être simplifié. Google Maps propose un itinéraire très compliqué, ce qui rend l’arrivée stressante. Il est préférable d’indiquer d’abord Mogliano comme destination, puis d’entrer l’adresse de la villa pour emprunter la bonne route.
À notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris : nous avions choisi cette villa car le site indiquait deux salles de bains (un pictogramme avec un « 2 » à côté d’une baignoire). Sur place, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y en avait qu’une. Lorsque j’ai posé la question, la propriétaire m’a expliqué que la « deuxième » douche était celle de la piscine. C’est effectivement mentionné dans le descriptif, mais le récapitulatif nous a induits en erreur.
Nous avons également rencontré quelques soucis durant notre séjour. Le WC de la salle de bain était cassé et bougeait lorsqu’on s’asseyait dessus. Un matin, cela a provoqué une petite inondation à l’étage inférieur. Le propriétaire est venu avec un plombier qui a réparé le problème. Luigi nous a expliqué que des vacanciers avaient cassé le WC quatre semaines plus tôt ; dommage que cela n’ait pas été réparé avant notre arrivée.
La table de jardin était aussi affaissée au centre, ce qui n’était pas très pratique car les plats et les verres n’étaient pas stables. La propriétaire nous a indiqué que du nouveau matériel était en commande, mais cela restait peu commode.
Malgré ces points, nous avons bien profité de la maison et de la piscine, et nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Pour rendre la villa « parfaite » selon les standards de qualité DH Villa, quelques petites améliorations seraient utiles :
• Le robinet entre les deux éviers n’est pas bien fixé et bouge beaucoup. Il fonctionne, mais c’est un peu inconfortable. Le réfrigérateur a aussi tendance à s’incliner vers l’avant lorsqu’on ouvre la porte, il faut le retenir pour éviter qu’il ne bascule.
• À l’étage, les lits superposés bougent assez fortement lorsque les enfants montent ou descendent. Nous avons finalement fait dormir les deux enfants dans les lits du bas. Les fixer davantage améliorerait la sécurité.
• Il y avait beaucoup de toiles d’araignée et saletés à l’extérieur des fenêtres, du côté extérieur aux moustiquaires, tant dans les chambres que dans la cuisine. Une bonne remise en état rendrait la maison encore plus accueillante. DH Villa nous a proposé un nettoyage approfondi, mais nous estimons que celui-ci aurait dû être effectué avant notre arrivée.
• Il faudrait prévoir la fixation d’un porte-rouleau de papier WC à côté de chacune des deux toilettes, il n’y en avait pas.
• Sous l’un des lits, il y avait des emballages avec des couvertures, ce qui donne une impression de désordre et ne devrait pas se trouver là.
• Dans le salon, des draps sont posés sur les divans pour les protéger, mais ils ne tiennent pas et donnent un aspect un peu brouillon. De vraies housses seraient plus adaptées. Il y a aussi beaucoup d’objets accumulés dans les coins du salon (qui ne sont pas présents sur les photos du site), ce qui renforce cette impression de désordre.
• Il manque des armoires de rangement. Il y a des penderies dans les chambres, mais pour déposer les vêtements, de vraies armoires seraient plus pratiques. Comme je n’utilisais pas les lits du haut, je les ai utilisés pour poser les vêtements.
• La végétation est beaucoup plus dense que sur les photos, ce qui est très agréable. La seule petite remarque serait de dégager légèrement un endroit pour permettre de voir le village de Mogliano depuis la terrasse.
• Pour le petit-déjeuner et déjeuner, la grande table principale n’étant pas à l’ombre, nous mangions du côté de la maison sous les arbres (mais la table est assez haute et petite).
Malgré ces différents points, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pleinement profité de la maison et de la piscine. Nous avons attribué une note de 4, car la villa possède de nombreuses qualités. Avec quelques ajustements faciles à mettre en place, elle pourrait devenir absolument parfaite et offrir une expérience irréprochable aux futurs vacanciers.

Concernant l'accès à la villa, celle-ci étant située en pleine campagne, nous comprenons que la navigation via GPS puisse parfois être peu intuitive. C'est pourquoi, avant l'arrivée, la propriétaire fournit également des indications complémentaires ainsi que des conseils sur l'itinéraire le plus pratique, afin d'éviter tout contretemps ou l'emprunt de routes peu adaptées.
En ce qui concerne le nombre de salles de bains, nous souhaitons préciser que, conformément à notre règlement, la description complète de la propriété, accompagnée du descriptif détaillé des équipements et du matériel photographique, constitue la référence permettant de connaître précisément les caractéristiques du logement avant la réservation. La fiche récapitulative a une vocation synthétique et, pour des raisons techniques, ne permet pas toujours de représenter de manière exhaustive toutes les particularités de la villa.
S'agissant de la propreté et de certains aspects liés à l'entretien, nous souhaitons préciser que ces éléments relèvent exclusivement de la responsabilité de la propriétaire. De notre côté, toutes les propriétés sont contrôlées par DH au début de chaque saison afin de vérifier leur conformité aux standards de qualité prévus.
À la suite de votre signalement, nous avons échangé avec la propriétaire afin de nous assurer que les standards de propreté et d'entretien soient constamment maintenus à un niveau conforme à la qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos hôtes. Bien que des imprévus puissent parfois survenir, notre objectif est toujours d'intervenir dans les meilleurs délais. Malheureusement, les délais d'approvisionnement en pièces de rechange ou en nouveaux équipements ne permettent pas toujours un remplacement immédiat.
Nous souhaitons également souligner que, pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, DH est resté pleinement disponible, en maintenant un contact constant avec vous ainsi qu'avec la propriétaire afin de faciliter la résolution des problèmes signalés. Nous nous sommes également proposés d'intervenir directement afin de limiter au maximum les désagréments et de garantir la meilleure assistance possible, même si cela n'a pas toujours été accepté par vous.
Nous vous remercions encore d'avoir partagé votre expérience avec nous. Vos remarques constituent pour nous une précieuse source d'amélioration et nous permettront de continuer à perfectionner la qualité de nos services.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Meer! Der Ausblick vom Pool auf das Meer war traumhaft und die Unterkunft super für uns als Gruppe. Rossella hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit und hat sogar einen Termin beim Hautarzt versorgt!

Entspannende Ferien
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen, gleichzeitig erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell das Zentrum und den Strand. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen herzlich, jederzeit gut erreichbar und gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit hätten wir angesichts des Preises etwas mehr erwartet. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Beim Defekt des Geschirrspülers wurde sofort reagiert und das Gerät umgehend repariert. Poolreinigung und tägliche Entsorgung des Abfalls, ohne dass wir es als Gäste mitbekommen hätten. Rundum schön und zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder, falls wir nochmals in so großer Anzahl verreisen.

Una vacanza sorprendente
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in un posto meraviglioso. Villa eccellente di recente ristrutturazione, molto comoda per il nostro gruppo, ben insonorizzate le stanze, ciascuna dotata di bagno proprio. La vista è bellissima: dalla villa e dalla piscina si gode il paesaggio sui due versanti del colle ed è fantastico.
Il silenzio e la tranquillità del luogo ci hanno permesso di rilassarci completamente.
Ottima l’assistenza di Rossella e i suggerimenti dei posti in zona.
Da ritornare.
