The Villa was exactly as described and very well equipped. Quiet and peaceful yet accessible to local amenities.
We have used DH Villas in the past and the service is excellent. Always there when/if needed and provided useful information on local events.
My only criticism was having to pay for air-conditioning and use of the BBQ seperatly which I would expect to be in the price for such a villa. Other than that- perfect.

Great communication ahead of the trip as well as during the trip
We were greeted by samuele who showed us around the villa and was available at all times. He even checked we are ok during a huge thunderstorm
Villa was excellent and as per the description! Lots of space, in great condition and a fantastic pool.
Location is good. You do have to drive if you want to eat out!
Sundays no local supermarkets are open! You either have to drive 30mins or come prepared.

We had a wonderful holiday The house has all the comfort we’d hoped for and well fenced for the dogs, the view, 15 min distance from historic towns and grocery shops, sea, beach, restaurants.

Great vacation in Pesaro area, Italy
DH Villas was very welcoming, helpful and service minded during our entire 14 days stay in Villa Nina, close to Pesaro. Our contact Andrea stayed in touch and made sure we had no issues. Ein tolles Erlebnis!
Wir (13) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Il Fiore e la Farfalla 14. Das Grundstück ist riesig, mit einem tollen Pool-Bereich und herrlicher Terrasse. Die Lage in den Hügeln Pesaros bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Der Weg in die Stadt bzw. zum Strand ist mit dem Auto absolut erträglich (15 min). Wir haben die Abgelegenheit sehr genossen.
Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und halfen sofort bei kleineren Problemen mit der Wasserpumpe. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nice villa in a quiet location with a beautiful view. A short drive from several nice towns and beaches. Garden with pool, perfect for families with kids. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided useful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We had a lovely week at the villa!

Il nostro soggiorno presso villa Rosa è stato come desideravamo. Un posto tranquillo immerso nella natura con un panorama meraviglioso sulle colline marchigiane. I proprietari persone squisite e riservate, con discrezione pulivano la piscina al mattino presto e portavano via i rifiuti e quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra auto si sono attivati subito per far arrivare un tecnico che ha risolto il nostro problema con professionalità e celerità.

Wspaniały dom położony na wzgórzu z przepięknym widokiem i dużym cudownym basenem. Wnętrze domu stylowe, urządzone z troską o szczegóły. Duża kuchnie świetnie wyposażona. A przede wszystkim wspaniały właściciel Pan Andrea. Przesympatyczny, obecny kiedy była taka potrzeba ale nienarzucający się, bardzo pomocny. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Villa Greta und wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist mit allem was man benötigt und darüber hinaus ausgestattet. Moderne Bäder und Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind inbegriffen. Die eingezäunte, parkähnliche Anlage im Außenbereich, der große Salzwasserpool und der überdachte Außenbereich machten den Aufenthalt zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!!!
Die Privatsphäre wurde geschützt und der Umgang war sehr respektvoll.
Dafür möchten wir uns auf diesem Weg auch noch einmal von ganzem Herzen bedanken.

Traumhafte Villa
Die Villa ist abseits gelegen und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus ist großzügig, wir waren 16 Personen und hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub mit dem gigantischen Pool. Die Küche einfach super mit dem Wasseraufbereitungsgerät.
Der Hausmeister ist jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Anlage und jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.
